Very good technician. Thoroughly checked my system, inside and out. Replacing the filters, cleaning, and inspecting. I had a complete new HVAC installed by Getzschman and have been really happy with it. I have never had a "service agreement " with an HVAC company, but I do with Getzschman because is reasonably priced, and any work needed will be covered under warranty parts and labor if I have them continue the twice a year service.

I bought a furnace nd central air unit from Getzschman 10 years ago and have had it serviced by them ever since. They do an excellent job and the techs. go over everything with you (if you so choose) All the techs are very good But I am from the old school I like to stay with one tech. if possible Getzschman is very understanding and is ok with that and will try to accomadate if at all possible. I have Brian as my tech and he does an outstanding job Thank you Brian.

Our Tech Jim was took time to clean out my a/c which from what he said was really bad. He also took time to vacuum out my heater and clean the vents the went over the heater. I have NEVER had another company do this. He also was very patient answering my 4 year olds endless questions too! Lol

I was pleased with my appt w/James & Getzschman's. I was a Burton customer, but I was not a fan of their prices. I was very happy with my A/C service. Reasonably priced & I felt like James did a thorough job. I felt like he explained what he was doing and made a much appreciated effort not to track grass through my house...thx for the booties. I will definitely call Getzschman's again.
Tech arrived and quickly troubleshot, found the issue and this should result in a successful resolution. I've ordered the part online and will borrow a kerosene heater. If the weather was colder than right now I wouldn't have refused the expensive part he had on hand.
The only reason they didn't get Punctuality was not entirely the serviceman's fault, there was a blockage of the road. There were other routes though, and they would only add a mile or two. The serviceman's technical proficiency seemed very high. He had answers for my questions and the answers made sense. I do have some background in heating and cooling systems.
Russ and David were the two gentlemen who came to my home to install our new a/c and they were on time and extremely courteous. They were very patient with our questions and literally left no clean-up for us what so ever. Hassle-free and enjoyable experience!
