Installed our horizontal furnace upside down then wanted to charge us to fix it after they hooked everything up. This company is awful. Worst HVAC experience of my life.

Arrived at our home for an emergency repair within 2 hours of calling. Had the problem diagnosed and repaired in an hour. Very pleasant serviceman. Very pleased.
