I called up because my AC was acting up. Was able to have someone come out that day and diagnose an issue, and then come out the next day with the replacement part and fix it. Glad I called before summer, and I will call again if I need anything.

Matheny has a great team. When I first called Robin was very nice and sent a repair man that day. Since the system was very old it could not be repaired, but the John the technician could at least give us an idea of cost of new system. The salesman Jason answered all our questions and followed up after installation. The technicians that installed our AC and furnace were very helpful and showed us what they had done when they were finished. My only concern was that I had to go online to understand how to program my thermostat. Matheny should do a You Tube on how to program and answer frequently asked questions about the thermostat. Will use Matheny again for servicing of system.

Able to do same day visit due to no A/C on a very hot day. Service technician fully explained what his findings were and how to repair. Very professional!

This year, they completely honored the warranty when we had an issue with a newly replaced part (no fault of Matheny), no questions asked and they were onsite to replace and repair at no charge. Woke up early to no heat. I called Matheny when they opened and they had a repair person out by 11. He had to get parts but still all done by 1:00. Can't ask for better service.

Their serviceman, John, a fifteen-plus year veteran at Matheny, turned out to be courteous, very professional, and very thorough with his performance during a routine maintenance call, exceeding my expectations.
The company kept me informed by email and text as to the scheduled service appointment and when John's arrival was expected. Although this company offers "old school" service they're backed by modern communication technology and John was on top of his game! I would highly recommend Matheny Heating & Cooling.
