My parents had a long time service contract over 20years always professional and responsive to there needs. The day before closing on there condo the a/c outside condenser broke… needless to say this could have been a major issue… thank you for quick and responsive service going the extra mile for customers greatly appreciated

Robin and anyone else I spoke with on the phone were so pleasant and helpful. Andy was also so nice and professional when he came to my house, and also very patient in anwering my questions. (He wore mask and shoe covers without me having to ask him to do so.) After comparing cost and reviews for Planned Service Agreements, I think Matheny's price is very fair.

I would highly recommend Matheny Heating and Cooling. I chose to go with this company because of their reputation, established business and experienced staff and technicians. I appreciate the quick response to the issue that I had with the air conditioning system. The technicians were on time, courteous and professional when diagnosing the problem. Jason was great to work with on selecting a new A/C and furnace. The units were installed a day earlier than originally scheduled. The installation crew made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving.

This was my second time using this company. Both times they had a workable price, timely response for estimate, professional staff and quality installation. I consider that it was easy to work with Jason, Robin and Ryan and i would recommend them highly.

Matheny is the classic family business. Personal touch, owners that care, quality work. The technicians are friendly and explain things to you in a way you can understand. They work fast, clean up after themselves, and do the job right. Not a single thing to complain about.
