Matheny Heating & Cooling

I had two other companies come out but was less than impressed with their hard sales pitch and attitude. Matheny was recommended by a family member so I had them come out. They were great! Explained everything without being condescending. They sent three bids and explained the pros and cons of all three. They were able to schedule very quickly and installation was very smooth and they cleaned up everything afterward. A very good experience!

We are very happy with Matheny. From the first phone call to the completed installation. They provided us with a loaner portable a/c unit and started the project quickly. We highly recommend Matheny Heating and Cooling!

I called to have Matheny come estimate some work we needed done on our vent/duct work. We were told the price and estimate amount of labor charge. After the work was done, no invoice was left. We ended up having to contact Matheny multiple times just to try to find out what we were being charged, especially since the labor was not as long as they estimated. After not receiving any calls back, we were informed that the price would not change even though the quote included more labor time. Not sure if I would recommend this company for anything beyond just maintenance of existing HVAC.

Matheny employees replaced our old, rusted water heater. They were friendly, efficient, on time, and totally competent. We have been long-time customers of this company, and we have always received great service from them.

Matheny came through again. As usual, they showed up on time and sent texts informing me they were on the way. Identified and repaired the problem and out in about an hour. If you need HVAC repair, go with Matheny, they won’t disappoint!

Andy did a wonderful job. We like that we receive texts letting us know who will be arriving and when. We also pay for twice a year maintenance which is very beneficial.
