Up until now I had always been able to service my own ac unit and felt so accomplished while doing so. I finally had a compressor issue that I couldn’t troubleshoot myself and called Matheny Heating and Cooling. I was hoping the general guidelines for the covid pandemic would be followed by this company and sure enough they delivered with class and style. A mask was worn and social distancing was put into effect and I couldn’t appreciate it more. The tech also knew exactly what was going on with my unit and I am grateful it was handled so quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t recommend these guys more!

A few days ago I had one of my semi-annual heating checks by Matheny. Andy was the tech and I had not met him before. I have been a customer for over 30 years. I just mentioned to Andy that one of my furnaces has been a little noisy lately, but nothing serious to report and I left him to begin his check up. Some time later, as he finished up, he said that the furnace should be less noisy now. He described what he did to correct its performance. Later that night, it suddenly occurred to me that the furnace was running so quietly and smoothly...just like it did when it was new. Wow, thank you Andy for really listening to your customers! That's why I will stay with Matheny Heating & Cooling.

Had a great experience with Matheney. Jason did a fantastic job in getting us scheduled. We had been without air for 2wks and others said would not put men in the attic this time of the year.. Matheney scheduled us for the first cooler day that was safe for their workers, 4 days after signing papers. They arrived at 8:00 am and were very professional and courteous, completeld by 2:00pm. House went from 84 degrees to 72 in a couple of hours. Even cooling everywhere. So far very pleased and would definitely recommend them!

The technicians are great and Ryan Matheny is great but the front desk that you have to talk to you has way too much sass and attitude. Not worth dealing with the company IMO. I've have several conversations with them and it is a pain.
