SmartHouse Heating and Cooling

I have been frustrated with my HVAC people for years. Finally had it and put out some bids and Smarthouse was not only the best bid but sent genuine, experienced maintenance adults to deal with us. They didn't try to oversell us on a new system but gave us good information to help us decide. Office staff has also been great.
Looking forward to the regular service.

I decided to switch my HVAC service to SmartHouse Heating and Cooling. Luke came to the house to inspect our system and was not concerned about our barking dog - Gus! He was terrific with Gus! He was extremely knowledgable, through, and helpful. I was surprised because SmartHouse was the first HVAC company I’ve had who didn’t try to sell me something - I really appreciated that! SmartHouse replaced our aging AC & gas furnace with a Daiken Air Heat Pump. The owner, Marc, assessed our situation and needs and was very informative, patient, thorough, and friendly. Tim, the energy auditor, joined Marc on a second call to look at what was needed to improve comfort in our home. We trusted what they recommended. The installation team lead by Ryan was friendly, professional, hard-working, and reviewed the use of the system before leaving. They also cleaned up before leaving and were patient with every question. We plan to purchase their service plan and continue using them to care for our new HVAC system. I would recommend them to others.

SmartHouse replaced out AC and Furnace. They were professional, patient, and so helpful in selecting the proper unit for our house. I had them come out to insulate some hard to reach areas in my knee wall space. They arrived promptly and were very professional. They missed a couple spots, but came back out to remedy the situation.

George and Parker did a great job in explaining their duty and to reassure you that all is well making sure you are taken care of. Very respectful young men and I appreciate them. Keep up the good work you guys, thank you.

Checked out thermostat. Explained how thermostat works in summer humidity. Made plans for service of attic AC and condo AC when attic temperature cooler. Will observe thermostat and report operation when returns for service call. Very knowledgeable and explanatory. RGL
