manager and sales manager are all fantastic. I had initially rated lower, but after receiving their follow-up and seeing their commitment to make things right for the customer I had to write a new review and rate 5/5. Would definitely recommend!

I've always been VERY impressed with my experiences at SmartHouse Heating & Cooling since I first started using them a few years ago! All of the staff is very friendly & knowledgeable, and all of the technicians are VERY PROFESSIONAL!! :)

While we didn't solicit many quotes for our attic insulation project, I couldn't imagine getting better service at a fairer price than we did with SmartHouse. The energy auditor was knowledgeable, patient in answering our many questions, and responsive to our goals of improving our energy efficiency. The installation crew was impeccable, professional, and courteous. They even returned a week later to fix something that wasn't even their fault -- at no charge. Now that's service. We're very pleased with their work and will likely hire them again for future HVAC work.

I have nothing but great this to say about SmartHouse. They were able to take a stressful situation and turn it into a positive experience. I had met with multiple other contractors who either talked down to me, or just ignored my concerns outright. When discussing with Marc he confirmed my concerns and offered a creative solution to the problem. My new system is quiet, energy efficient, and is more effective than anything I've had in the past. The workers were on time, courteous of our home and friendly to talk with. I appreciate everything SmartHouse has done for me. Stop your looking now, you've found the industries best!

We found SmartHouse almost by accident while looking for solutions to what turned out to be botched previous AC installation by a much bigger and more established company who we had trusted to do a decent job. Instead we ended up with a system that wouldn't cool the house. Smarthouse first correctly diagnosed the problem, then fixed it, and advised us on how best to heat and cool our 100+ old house. We now have a service contract with them for regular maintenance and they recently installed a mini-split for us. Their techs are great. Just the sort of people we would feel comfortable leaving alone in the house to finish a job if necessary.

Our heater stopped working on a very cold day so I called SmartHouse and they were able to come out in a matter of hours. Service was exceptional! Matt did a great job assessing the issue and letting me know what was going on. The job was done quickly and was completed for far less money than I was expecting. He even switched out our HVAC filter for no extra charge.

Scott and Luke installed a replacement HVAC for us a couple weeks ago. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They were here on the stated time time each day and respectful of our home (wore masks, put protective booties on shoes, laid down floor coverings, etc). Great guys! Smart House has now installed a new HVAC for our upstairs as well as replace our downstairs. They are the only call we make for this service. Marc, the owner, stayed at our home for nearly 2 hours trying to brainstorm ideas to better heat and cool our home and got us a quote in less than 24 hours. Fantastic company.

Since moving into our home in May of 2020 Smart House has performed air conditioner and heating maintenance on our systems. We were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. They took the time to explain things well to us and were definitely concerned that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and we plan on using them again. This was hands down the best service we received since we purchased our home a few months ago. (I'm going to try to make this short.) When we purchased our home we didn't realize that we had an electric furnace which constantly ran and didn't make the house warm and gave us a ridiculous electric bill each month. Marc was able to come in, look at what we had and recommended the perfect unit for us. Once the installation was complete (which by the way only took 7.5 hours), we could IMMEDIATELY feel the difference in our house. Moreover, we no longer have to blast the heat and we no longer had to deal with those ridiculous electric bill. The techs were very professional and did I say, their Job pass the county inspection. I HIGHLY recommend Smart Home Heating and Cooling to you and yours!

First time using SmartHouse yesterday and we were very impressed! Their customer service is phenomenal and they were able to squeeze us in last minute for an AC repair. Very reasonable on the costs and the technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. Would highly recommend!
