I have been with them on maintenance for a few years now. They arrive promptly, courteous from beginning to end and answered all my questions! I had Luke and Scotty and they worked so well together. I have every confidence that I am ready for the winter months. Both my furnace and humidifier were checked as my AC will be in spring. They are the complete package. The maintenance agreement is the only way to go!

We found ourselves needing a new gas furnace and SmartHouse was honestly exactly what we were looking for - everything from their website, to a person answering the phone, to a very professional and honest approach to the options available to us, then followed by polite and competent installation. It was really one of the best all around services we've experienced here in St. Louis.

I have used their services approximately 5 times for my old Geothermal Unit, and I have always been pleased. I have worked with 2 of their technicians; both are very knowledgeable and very quickly troubleshoot and solve whatever problem there is. I have had blown motors, bad compressor capcitors, low freon (with frozen coils), and clogged condenser drainage. They are prompt, efficient, and get my air conditioning or heat back up and running in short order every time. I highly recommend them!

We have lived in this house for FIFTY (50) years, and we have continued to use Smarthouse (County Heating & Cooling) for the last MANY (20? 25? 30?) of those years. Why? Because they have continued to provide prompt, on time, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly service at competitive pricing. You can't expect any better performance. That applies for both their work in servicing and repairing older equipment and selling and installing new equipment.

My heat would not come on. Called and they sent a rep over mid morning. He found the issue but best of all he was able to fix it using the most economical method available. Instead of choosing the most difficult repair/most expensive, he fixed it properly, on the spot and without a huge charge. Great to find a repair company that does what is best for the customer. Nice to see. Have used them before and even bought a new furnace and air conditioner from them a year or two ago. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable. Will always call them first.

SmartHouse's employee, Luke, did a thorough, excellent job with the maintainance/inspection of my two High efficiency furnaces. He was professional and very pleasant. Any company is lucky to have an employee like him!

Prince of Peace Church was very thankful for.Smarthouse and their entire.team. We had been looking for a heating and cooling company for months to replace some over 50 year old furnaces. A lot of companies told us the job was too big. But when their sale person Mark said Smartgouse could do it. I was very happy.. Steven and Frank was the two licensed technicians that installed our furnaces. Steven and Frank was very knowledgeable. They knew their job. What ever questions I had they could answer them. I have dealt with a lot of Heating and cooling companies but none compare to Smarthiuse. Please remember you get what you pay for.. Smarthouse will now be our service provider for our furnaces and air conditioners. They are a 5 star plus company.😀😀😀😀😀😀
