Recently, they installed a steam humidifier on my furnace. It was no surprise to me that when Shaun reached out to me to get the process started, that I'd not be disappointed. We purchased heating and cooling through Scott Lee, our consultant was Shaun, and we received 5 star service. Shaun was very open and honest with us about what we should and should not spend money on, and was very fair and did not try to sell us things we didn’t need. He helped compare the different options we had available to us and took care of all of the rebates that we qualified for. The installation team was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the system. They were able to diagnose some airflow issues we had and instead of trying to sell me a new humidifier, they took the time to diagnose the one we had and found out there was a simple solution to make it work again, saving us hundreds of dollars. Kevin was very professional. He identified the proper system for the house and at the same time scheduled the installation date. The installation team of Tommy and Matt did a great job with installation, afterwards took time to describe what as done, what I need to know about the system and left the work area in very clean condition.

Scott Lee replaced a old leaking evaporator coil with a new Lennox coil and recharged our system. They rerouted refrigerant lines, furnace exhaust and drain line , and modified the coil case. It looks better, much neater and more organized than the company that originally installed my AC 3 years ago. And, the Scott Lee bill was less tthan the the original companies bid. I'm glad I got a second opinion and chose Scott Lee. They did a really nice job, curtious and they know their business. Our AC blows 48 degrees at the vent!
