Issues with servicing my hvac system. Scott Lee is not as familiar with other units and unfortunately my issue was misdiagnosed and I left like I was taken advantage of even though Scott Lee had serviced my unit for several years. Please beware that you may need a second opinion if you don’t hAce a Lennox unit. I trusted Scott Lee but this experience was not a positive experience.

The installer Austin was outstanding. He installed the equipment efficiently and neatly. He took the time to explain the operation and maintenance of the humidifier and air filter.

Seems that my Lennox is not compatible with Nest thermostats. Scott Lee tech was familiar with this problem, explaining they had several problems with this. Said Nest does not supply enough voltage to supply to the function needed. Had Hoffman Brothers out a couple weeks before and they charged me over $400 to fix and it did not fix. Scott Lee tech was able to properly identify the problem and fix. Call Scott Lee for your needs.

We have used Scott Lee hvac service for 29 years and always have had honest, professional and top quality service. Recently we had to replace our equipment and Rick helped us select the best type of equipment for our situation. We feel very well served by Scott Lee.

Shaun was a great help and a pleasure to work with. We had a new HVAC system installed and it has been great; the county inspector even complimented their work and said Scott Lee is always good quality.

Felt like took time to diagnose problems. Did not try to oversell. Work was done in timely manner

Nearly got into an accident with one of their trucks from the inability to make a legal lefthand turn off of Maryland Ave unto Hanley Road about a half hour ago. License plate #4AAC89. The truck turned from the leftmost lane into the right one, cutting me off from my turn beside them. Lucky to not have gotten into an accident. I can only hope they are better at fixing people's heat than they are at knowing the rules of the road.

Scott Lee was great. I did bid out our HVAC replacement to 3 companies and was pleased with the no pressure house call to get a quote by Rick and the professionalism of the installation crew. Their product was in stock and quick to install. I would recommend adding Scott Lee to your list of HVAC vendors if you are bidding for preventative maintenance or replacing a unit.

Completely professional, informative, excellent prices for the quality they provide, and able to respond to some of my unique requests without complaint. The technician I had the opportunity to meet with is very polite and adapts to my needs. They helped installed a new furnace, AC, and thermostat for me with no trouble. I highly recommend this company.
