Our old unit died. When we looked at replacing, the bid for a bigger and more efficient unit was much more reasonable than expected. They came on time, were super professional, efficient, and did quality work. Our previous unit was from when the house was built, and was blown away by how much better everything looks. From the drainage piping to the wiring, everything just looks so much better. And of course, we finally have air conditioning again just in time for the hot and humid summer months.

Best thing of all, they work with a bank that was able give us interest free financing for 2 years!!! I couldn’t believe it, and didn’t need to use a home equity loan.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing A/C services in the future. I couldn’t be more satisfied with how everything turned out.

This time I had the Scott Lee team upgrade my humidifier systems to steam. Jason did an excellent job of replacing the existing humidifiers with the new units including all the necessary plumbing and electrical hookups.

The project was comprehensive updating of our entire HVAC system, including the mini-split for a large room addition. The mini-split was installed first, so that we'd have a cool space while the old system and ductwork was dismantled and removed.

All of the installation personnel were friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and skilled in their work. Tony was the lead technician on our project, for the mini-split and the whole-house HVAC system and ductwork. He set the bar for professionalism, and the other technicians were equally professional, skilled, attentive and friendly. Working in someone's home while they're there probably adds a layer of challenge, but they recognized that it's a bit of challenge for us, as well, and we're respectful and courteous the whole time.

We were told what to expect, and everything went as described - with faster than expected completion! We were amazed how much was done in a single day (complete installation of the mini-split; dismantling of the old whole-house HVAC system and ductwork, AND significant percentage of new system and new ductwork; finally, completion of the new HVAC system and ductwork, installation of thermostat, and final cleanup.

The proposed solutions for our objectives are perfect. The value added to our home, including more comfortable and usable space in the 110-year-old basement, is significant and exceeds the cost of the project. Add to that, the intangible value of the greatly improved enjoyment of our home, and, essentially, quality of day-to-day life.
