Lifted existing outdoor unit from ground onto a bracket. Upon looking, owner had concerns and called Rick. The next day, a technician came out and completely resolved the concerns.

We had an excellent experience with Scott-Lee. They didn't try to sell us a product. They worked with us to understand the unique needs of our home and offered created solutions to address those needs. They completed the project on-time and on-budget. They thoughtfully executed the installation to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. For example, one day was particularly hot, so they adjusted their schedule and stayed late to make sure the upstairs unit was working before leaving so our two young children could sleep in air conditioned space. We are very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

Excellent service. Called about non-functioning thermostat and they were here is less than 2 hours. Mathew was one of the most thorough technicians we have ever had. Will request him next time.
