Scott-Lee was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everybody from the estimator to the schedulers to the installers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Exactly the kind of service I expect in residential after working with commercial HVAC companies for nearly 20 years. I am so glad they were recommended to me and I will gladly do the same.

Scott-Lee replaced my furnace, AC, and evaporator. Scheduling an estimate was easy, everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The work was completed as scheduled, the workmanship looks great, and I am overall very pleased with the service.

Had to have AC and furnace replaced. After many quotes from other services (4), we decided to go with Scott-Lee. They did a great job of getting the whole system installed in about five hours. Thankfully the original time quoted for service was able to be moved up almost a week. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of service or replacement of HVAC. It’s never fun to have your AC go out in the middle of 90 degree weather but take your time and get multiple quotes it’s amazing how much of a difference in prices out there. Don’t take the first offer thinking they will all be the same $$ and quality of service. Thanks for the great work and price!

Scott Lee provided exceptional, quick service at our home. The furnace quit working overnight just before extreme weather conditions moved into the area. Their service technician arrived that day to determine our motor went out. He was able to have a new motor brought out immediately and complete the repair the same day at a reasonable price. The technician was extremely professional, polite and explained everything thoroughly ensuring we would have heat before the cold snap. Our family thanks the Scott Lee team for the quick response and repair.

We got multiple bids for a new heating & hvac system. Scott-Lee gave us the best price for a highly regarded brand. Everyone was extremely professional throughout the whole process. The installers were early and went the extra mile. We will definitely go to them for our 2nd system replacements in the near future.

I just had one of the absolute best service calls I've ever experienced. I initially called Friday night but throughout the night the furnace stopped working again. I woke up around 4-5 a.m. only to realize my house was 62 degrees and called the 24 hour emergency line but told them I had a space heater in a closed bedroom so I'd be fine until morning. By 7 a.m. I received a call from Tim and he stayed in touch until he arrived. Customer service at its very best. Tim was thorough and explained everything. He answered all my questions and told me things I'd of never known about my own furnace. I am beyond pleased with their service.

The install crews were conscientious, polite and efficient. I was always able to reach an actual person in the office to speak with throughout the process. I absolutely love Scott-Lee Heating. They serviced my home when I lived in Missouri. When I moved to Illinois, I was so excited to know that they also serviced this area as well.
In the last month, my furnace was shutting down and blowing out a fuse. This happened about 3 or 4 times. Of course they knew it had something to do with a wire but couldn't quite put their finger on which one. Was it between the furnace and humidifier? Was it between the furnace and the heat pump?

Today, Mike came out and found where the problem was after searching meticulously for about 3 hours. There was a wire going out to the heat pump on the side of the house and it was rubbing against the siding and causing the fuse to short out. Mike was determined to find it and he did.

I want to thank Mike, Matt, and Ryan and the service department for their time and effort to solve my problem. Great company! Great people!
