They were great to work with! They showed up on time, put down film to protect the carpet, picked up their mess when they were done. And were even done early! We had them install a new furnace for us since our old heat source went out. The quoting process was quick easy and very transparent, they went through everything in detail with us.

We have been using Scott-Lee for over 20 years for bi-annual spring and fall checks and they were the ones who replaced our HVAC units when the original one that came with the house needed updated. You can always get them on the phone, their service dates are reasonable, the technicians are nothing but professional and even better are very knowledgable about what they do. Got a new HVAC through Costco (they contracted with Scott-Lee) in 2020 and loved the work they did! Staff go above and beyond in their work and in answering our questions. We continue to have them come out regularly to service the units (even the one they didn't install) and can't recommend them enough!!
