Classic Aire Care

I have used Classic Aire Care for years. Availability and quality of service is excellent. Technicians run on time, explain in everyday language what needs to be done. It's great doing business with them.

Nothing like the AC going out in the middle of the summer. They were able to send someone out immediately and diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes. Great work

Every technician we’ve had from Classic Aire Care has been wonderful. Brian is no exception. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable and did a great job preparing our ACs for the summer. We have used CAC for years and will happily continue to do so!!

Whatever you do don’t go with this company. The charges that they add are ridiculous. They charged us a $100 fee to come out and then $160 per hour on top of it. The plumber came and literally the hot water turned off again the next day. Cost a whopping $260 for NOTHING. We didn’t hear from the plumber to pay the bill for over a month and then all of a sudden they’re calling calling calling with the invoice. Completely unprofessional.

Used this company for new HVAC installation. The process was seamless and time efficient from getting the estimate to the actual installation. Nick M did a very good job evaluating the real performance & comfort needs for our house size, was prompt in providing the quotation and contract, as well as making himself available and responding to any questions we had. The installation crew, was punctual, respectful of the property and efficient, finishing the job on time. If there is one negative, is that the company did not offer duct cleaning service as well, but, in terms of the HVAC service itself we were very happy ; hopefully the new equipment will perform as expected, but this only time will tell.

Same day service! Tested the most obvious cause right away and was able to fix my AC unit in just a few mins. Thank you for the quick turn around and cooling my house just in time for a hot weekend.

We had a very good experience, the crew is very professional and knowledgeable. They come, do heads down work, and any minor issues after the installation they will follow through and correct them. They all take pride in their work, and that's very evident.

While I didn’t use Classic Air Care, they were the MOST responsive and kind company I have ever called.

Long story short, I have an HSA that hired an awful company (Sierra Mechanical) to fix my AC that went out in July. Sierra Mechanical had been dodging my calls and avoiding fixing a mistake that they had made in November, but Classic Air Care was at my house within a few hours of me calling them. (Unfortunately my HSA was finally able to get ahold of Sierra that same day, and they were forced to come out to my house and fix the mistake. I would have much preferred Classic Air Care.)

I wish I had been able to use them the first time around. So professional, friendly, and prompt! 11/10 and I’ll be using them for all of my HVAC needs in the future.
