Sam my technician is the best! I have been working with Sam for about seven or eight years. He’s the only one from Classic Aire Care that I want in my house. I have also been with Classic Aire Care for more than thirty years. This company is the best in my opinion and Sam tops it off! My marriage to Classic Aire began in 1991 😂 when they had a different name and was on the corner of West Florissant and Sunbury! Trust me they are good!
A representative from Classic Aire, Sam, came to our house for a scheduled system check, and maintenance of our central air-conditioning system. Classic Aire had set the A/C appointment back in October during a furnace check and maintenance, and emailed a reminder a few days before our May 1 appointment. Our technician, Sam, called and checked in before arriving that morning, and went right to work. Sam gave our A/C system the most thorough check-up and cleaning I have ever seen from an HVAC company. Before leaving, he reset everything back to its original settings, explained what he'd done and answered any questions we had. The work areas he left behind were clean, with no trash or debris left behind. We appreciate Sam's professional approach to serving his customers, and we found him to be a skilled technician with excellent communication skills.We are very pleased with the service we received from Classic Aire.
From the beginning, I’ve been impressed with the service and clear communications of expectation from Classic. It has not been a perfect process, but through some small technical issues, the customer service and ability to make things right has been everything I could hope for as a homeowner. Fantastic place to do business. Mike from sales, and Jake, Chase , and Donta on the tech side have all been personable, thorough, and professional. Great experience! It’s easy to be happy when everything goes perfectly, but when you get a perfect result after an imperfect process, that’s where service really shines!

I used Classic Aire Care several times before and they were great, so this experience was very disappointing. Mike from Classic Aire Care came to fix a leaky toilet in a rental unit. He found that the bolts spun in the flange and said he had to come back another day to fix the leak because, if the flange was broken, he might have to access the downstairs unit and there was no one there. I told him I could go and unlock the door if necessary. He replied that he might not have all the pieces he needed so he should still come back another day with all the pieces he might need (never mind that there is a hardware store nearby). After that, I decided to ask a trusted contractor to fix the leak, and my contractor fixed the leak in a couple of hours without accessing the downstairs unit at all. My trusted contractor charged me $270 to fix the leak including $45 for materials. Meanwhile, I got a $269 invoice from Classic Aire Care for Mike going to the unit and telling me what I could have found out by myself. I called and complained and they brought the invoice down to the $109 "trip fee". Better than the original $269 but still frustrating given that they just wasted me a bunch of time.
