Super friendly and professional technician, was happy doing his job and pleased to tell me my 22-year-old hvac system was working well. Did not try to sell me anything I didn't need, fully explained what he was doing, and made me feel like I got more than my money's worth iof service.

My prep cooler wasn’t getting cold and we called them (not realizing they were more of a heating and cooling business and not a refrigeration company but Tyler came out anyways not long after we called and found out what the problem was. Got the part, came right back, fixed it and it’s been working even better now! They were quick, knowledgeable and definitely the best price I’ve had! Thank you!

I was more than worried about my furnace not putting out heat on a cold day like today... And extra worried about Saturday service costing an arm and a leg.
Scott was very nice and knowledgeable and only needed to perform some minor adjustments and didn't charge me a lot of money... Only the service visit charge.i will definitely call these guys again if I ever have more issues going forward.

Classic Aire Care tech Greg did a wonderful job fixing our AC unit. The service call and the actual service happened on a weekend. The price charged was fair for the service and the parts.

Nick was right on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He provided through information about the process and equipment. Some of the information I got from him I was not able to receive from other vendors. The only negative I have for the whole process is that the quote I received via email is higher than what I was given during the evaluation visit. Maybe I am being punished for not signing away right away, but I couldn’t do that considering this was my first quote. Now the pricing is almost same as another quote and I have to decide which way to go.
