Everything went well. The reminder that was sent on Monday did not mention that I was on the noon to five service. So after waiting from 7am till noon I called the office and they said that I was on the noon to five service list. If I would have known that I would have done grocery shopping, got a haircut, and then had my truck washed. But in the end everything went well.

Really liked the young man who came for the maintenance-polite- and brought my huge recycle bin up from the street and placed it where it goes! My dogs loved him and hated to see him go. He did an excellent job!

The technician Bill was very knowledgeable and took time to explain what he was doing. He performed a thorough maintenance check and service on our HVAC system. He also kept things neat and tidy. we appreciated receiving a text before he got here and that he was timely and efficient.

Don’t expect them to fix your thermostat/cooling issue. Called because I was having issues with my AC not cooling my home. They said the unit was fine but was told it was a C wire issue. Came back a 2nd day, now it is not a C wire issue. Told me there was a black wire that didn’t have sufficient power and I needed to call an electrician. Cool. But he left my unit and thermostat without any power so now I was without anything until the next morning. An electrician did come the next day and all the wires were fine except for the mystery black wire leading into the furnace and then to the unit outside. Electrician called another HVAC company to come out to repair the messed up wiring that was indeed a HVAC issue due to a negligent past HVAC install in my home. If these guys followed the faulty black wiring in my ceiling like the 2nd HVAC company did, the issue could’ve been solved. My unit was indeed not fine. And was not an electrician’s line of work.
