Was just having season maintenance done on my AC and Christian was amazing to work with. He was so courteous and polite. He explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way and was very professional. Would definitely request him every time if I could.

My new ac system shutdown within the first few days of using it this spring. I called ClassicAirCare and they were able to send a technician out within 24 hours. He discovered the problem within minutes! A small piece a debris blocking a drain filter. It was a simple fix for a professional. He went on to run a few more tests just to make sure everything was working normal. So appreciative of the quick response. Thank you!!

Today was a great experience. The technician Drew, arrived on time he called, presented himself in a very professional manner. He communicated with me throughout the entire service and closing. He went over everything that he did today checked out. My thermostat change the filter and gave me a good rating on the furnace asked me if I had any questions which I did and he answered it overall Great !

Brandon is a great technician. He noted some changes that needed to be updated on my account and was super to have in my home. This is the second time he has been here and both times made me aware of what he was doing and his suggestions on filters, etc. Hard worker too! Great company. Great service and reasonable.

I initiated the repair call around 8:45AM. I was informed that they could provide a tech same day and that I would receive a call/text with expected arrival time. Within a few minutes I received a text with my techs name and color photo so I would know who to expect. Within an hour I received another text advising my tech was en route. My tech arrived about 30 minutes later. I described my concerns. He located the issue which was resolved by thoroughly cleaning some components in addition to a specific heating element ( if I understood correctly). The furnace soon began producing proper heat again. While he was on site he also replaced a broken water line to my humidifier that I was unable to presently use. The tech explained any and all associated costs prior to performing service. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient tech. A 5 out of 5 Star experience!

I have used Classic Air Care for years now. I have always been very impressed with their knowledge and service. I have also had the pleasure of having John M service my home multiple times and have always had a great experience. I appreciate his work and the information he provides throughout the jobs. He is a great asset to the company and anyone he services is lucky to get him. Thanks John!

I've dealt with a lot of HVAC companies...but these guys actually deserve some recognition....for showing up when they said they would and the technician was so polite and thoughtful. Extremely thorough....even though the AC unit is like 144 years old, he didn't push to get a new unit. He diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave me cold air in about 30 mins. BTW. He is coming back this week to put a whole new unit in, it needs to be done. You guys have a permanent customer now. Corey K.
