Service man was quick told us what he would do and what his testing was for. He explained the problems he felt we had and asked for approval and did his repairs as needed. Cleaned everything he needed to and make sure he left nothing behind.
Eric was on time, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and was considerate of our hygienic needs. He was also intuitive and thorough. We will request Eric in the future.
Courtney Heating and Cooling was bought out by Classic Aire. As long as they have workers like Bill C., I will continue to be their client. You never know how companies will change under a merger/buyout, but so far, so good!
I just had a new Lennox complete HVAC system installed in my home, replacing my old Lennox system, which was 30 yrs old. I had some issues with my salesman and the scheduling process, but the installation went well and the system is working very well so far.
Classic Air now ownes Weis who installed our Daikin system. Classic Air uses a Flat Rate billing system no matter what it takes to bo the job. This all started on a Friday night (O.T.) $319.00 but furnace not fixed. Back Saturday, no charge because Friday didn't fix the furnace, and tells me that the LP Gas Regulater needs to be replaced. The Daikin system $65.00 part is/was under warranty. The Gas Valve was installed job complete in 45 minutes. The total price for this fiasco was $644.00 using a warranty part. At this time I have nothing good to say about this and I didn't even git a KISS!
Classic is great, not a lot of companies do such a great job on radiant heating systems, they installed new boiler and zoned heat for our three stories.
As a HVAC technician I'm aware of the job they had to do. Poor health on my part is why they had the chance to do this. And they did a great job. A great job believe me.
