Install went very smoothly. Showed up on time and Chris and Mike were working in 98-degree hot sunny weather. Left work areas neat and clean. would recommend them to my family and friends. Explained operation and instructions in simple easy to understand language. Nice doing business with Bart Inman.

2019 AC condenser compressor burnt up, labor day weekend. Bart Inman himself came out evaluated problem and gave me estimates to repair or replace. I could of done myself but I wanted warranty and utilities rebates.
Had a crew come over and replace both furnace and ac. A subcontractor. I'm an electrician, and former AC technician. The quality of the install was and still is horrible. The sub adjusted duct work to fit furnace creating a gap between drywall and metal duct. Creating a crevice for fire to get into interior walls of the home. Fire caulk, foam or drywall mud can close that. The breaker for the condenser was a 30amp and until 2 years later(COVID delay) was a city inspection that alerted Inman air it needed to be a 25amp. A technician came over on a Saturday replaced the breaker with a none Manufacturer breaker ( replaced a Cutler Hammer breaker with a Square D ) Voiding the UL listing. If ever the panel or breaker would fail and either burn my home down or injure some because of not properly functioning. The panel manufacturer would not be liable. My insurance company also would not cover damages from negligent installation.

I would not recommend Bart Inman Air for replacement of HVAC equipment.

Very pleased with Inman Air's products and services. Brad came out to do our spring A/C check. The system will be 5 years old in October, and all is working fine. Brad knows what he's doing and I enjoy visiting with him.
