Bart's crew, Darrion, Jason and Mike arrived at the promised time, proceeded to inform me what was about to happen and started work. They did a masterful job removing the old furnace and air conditioner and installing the new units. They checked out the AC as well as the furnace, and got the house warmed up before they left. Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year (and it was a Friday). I called Inman Air based on a review from a family member. They were very responsive and sent someone out within a few hours. The technician was very professional and considerate of my time. He quickly solved the problem, never tried to upsell me on any services that were not necessary. He also shared some great money saving tips should our unit go out in the future. All in all, we were very happy with our service and will definitely use Inman Air in the future!

I had a morning appointment between 8 and 9. I was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before they arrive. At 9:20, still no call. I called their office and was told the technician was in Maryland Heights and would try to make it their today. Really! A time slot appointment and try to make it here “Today”. The commercials on the radio sound so convincing. And to thing I was looking forward to this. Come to find out I swapped out the Capacitor myself off Amazon for $13.91 Saved myself the $89 service fee for starters.

We had the following men install our new heating and A/C units. Jason,Chris and Darrion. These men were not only prompt, efficient and friendly, they were very professional and courteous!
They went above and beyond with cleaning up and placing things back in order. Then took the time to explain the system and told us to contact them if we have any questions. Tell Bart they do an outstanding job serving and representing the organization!

This business is a joke! Sends guy out to look at AC system and totally misdiagnosed the whole thing! After spending 10 minutes looking at my system the so called tech was trying to sell me a new system! Tech said I was 3-4 lbs low on Freon and must have a leak! Called another company to get second opinion and didn’t have a leak! Was not low on Freon! This guy is in business to sell people new systems that are not even top rated!

I would recommend Bart Inman Air to anyone needing service on their HVAC needs. I like that they are responsive, carry good products, and try to give folks with no heat or AC priority in extreme weather. They care about the people, not just the sale. Service after sale has been great as well both on our furnace and our AC unit.

Last year we called Bart Inman when our AC froze up and they gave us an option to bandaid it rather than replacing. That allowed us to replace it at a better time. This year we had to bite the bullet to replace and we were carefully explained all of our options. They installed two ACs and furnaces within a week and they were very professional and were meticulous in the installation.
