The service was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and I got a call from the office staff very soon after the job was completed to answer any questions I had about rebates. I was very pleased with the job they did.

Our upstairs heating unit was not working properly. They came out and spent like 15 minutes checking it out. Told us that the heater kit was faulty and since it did not have a serial number that they could not get one. So the only option was to get a new system for $12,300. Next day, at the recommendation of an uncle, had a smaller repair business come out and they fixed the problem for $390 and the problem was not the heater kit. Will never use this company again.

Called because we heard on the radio that this was a great company that will do small repairs. Gas valve sporadically doesnt open, I am aware its an older system but a $10k system isn't in the budget yet. Requested multiple times to replace, Matt was argumentative and stated their company doesnt do "those kinds" of repairs. Thanks Bart Inman for wasting another $89 on a free estimate for no work to be performed.
