We’ve been using Fabick for several years now, making sure we had biannual maintenance of our heating and cooling systems, but have never had an emergency until last week. We noticed in the early morning that our AC was not coming on so I called Fabick and left a message. I got a call back in a couple of hours and Steve was out that same day to tell us the bad news; our motor had died on our 20 year old unit. Fortunately he was able to get a replacement motor and install it the following day, thus saving us a lot of money. He also called us three times trying to reach us before coming over. I just want to say that we could tell that this family owned business really cared about us and were trying to help. Highly recommend!

I worked with Fabick Heating & Cooling when I had an air conditioner go out a couple of years ago. They were great dealing with insurance claim adjuster and did the job right. The AC performed perfectly for years with no hiccups. I have since moved to a new home and am in need of a hot water tank. I called them up to see if they even work on them, and unfortunately they do not. However, he was nice enough to give me free advise and lead me in the right direction. A+ family operation.

I called at 7 pm with an issue with my AC, and Steve called back right away. He gave me specific instructions of what to do, and it prevented me from having him have to make a house call. So friendly, helpful and sincerely wanted to ensure I was set before getting off the phone. If only there were more businesses out there that were like him and we committed to doing the right thing vs making money! Thank you!!!

Called Steve due to my furnace being out. After speaking with him for a moment he asked me to send pics of my furnace, after doing so he walked me step by step to get it running again. I have scheduled to have him come out and inspect/clean it. Really appreciate the quality of his customer service......No, cold toes tonight!! Thank you, Steve!!!!

Called this guy and this is how the conversation went: him: how did you get my number? Me: Google maps. Him: well i don't appreciate you calling me on my day off... some people like the internet...I hate it. Me: this is Fabick heating right? Him: yeah and i don't appreciate how you are talking to me. Me: I don't needed your services that bad (hung up). This guy is a moron...just another one of those works out of their basement heating and cooling shops probably because he can't keep a job with his attitude. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS TOOL.

I had a problem with my ac over Labor Day weekend and even with the holiday, Fabick Heating and Cooling for someone out there to take a look at it. They couldn’t get the actual part until Tuesday after the holiday, but they got it working until then and came on Tuesday as promised and got it all fixed up!!
