Bart Inman Air Conditioning and Heat

My wife said that our service technician was the most professional worker she has ever met. My 7 year old son was trying to help him and when the technician was done with his work he took 5$ out of his own wallet and gave it to my son. Made his day. Will 100% be using Bart Inman on any and all of my HVAC needs from here on out. Great people!!!!

I called for spring A/C service. The technician, Chris, called to let me know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He checked the furnace and then checked and cleaned the A/C unit. He told me the capacitor was working within the right range but might need to be replaced next year. He emailed me a summary of what he had done and what he had found. Very pleased with the service and the price.

I had a new a/c and furnace installed by Jason, Scott B, and Malcolm. They did an amazing job and aside from the new equipment, you couldn't even tell they had been here.

I would recommend Bart Inman air conditioning and heat to anyone who wants a fair price with respectable workers. Bart was honest and answered all my questions about the work I needed completed.Jason, Scott H.and Mike installed a new AC unit, heating unit and thermostat. They arrived on time and finished the job on time as well. They were mindful of my granddaughter by closing doorways and cleaning up after themselves. I am very satisfied with their work.

Scott and Jason were neat, professional, personable, courteous and thorough. They took the time to go over our system with us, explain the differences from our old system and made sure we were happy with the job they did before they left our home. Great job guys!

From my first contact with this company I was treated with professionalism and consistently no matter which staff person I talked with or those who installed the equipment. They offered a good price as well. Nice, capable. and just plain good people to work with. Even when I called them some 6 or 7 weeks later indicating I heard some strange noise coming from the room opening into a. the garage. Within the 2nd day of my call two men stopped by and added a couple of screws to a trim piece that vibrated loose-- they done and gone in less than ten minutes. Important to me was a simple thing--Not a bad word or action from anyone! Bart has the best team I've EVER dealt with bar none!!

AC had been out for 2 days in the heat of June. Bart himself came out and fixed a broken piece on the system and notified us that our nest thermostat was also bad. Rather than just telling us to get a new thermostat, he rigged up our old one to work in the mean time until we were able to go get a new one. He also took the care to make sure we knew how to turn it on and off until we got the new nest. Was very nice and cordial through the entire experience.

We had two Furnace and two AC installations in the same day. While I was working from home, the crew (Jason, Darrion and Scott B) was respectful, watching their noise level and very polite all day. After they left, as the mud/putty to seal the furnace to the ductwork dried, we noticed some (nice cold) air escaping to the basement. We called and an Inman service guy came out right away to seal everything up to prevent further air escape. Very happy with our experience so far.

We replaced our old HVAC systems. Everyone involved at Inman Air was great throughout the process. Jason, Darrion, and Alex were very professional and courteous on installation day. We're very happy with our experience.
