I've had BH&C do all my 6 month regular maintenance. For the last almost 5 years.They are fantastic. I've had to call a couple of times for random things the technicians are always courteous and helpful.
I never doubt what they say.

Dustin, Stephanie & the whole team at Blue are great to work with. We first tried them for diagnosis & repair and was given immediate service when other companies wanted us to wait for weeks! When we were informed that one of our systems needed replacement, Blue provided a top of the line system at a very fair and competitive price. Every service, from minor repair to the major install was done efficiently, competently & professionally. My wife and I are very happy to now have a trusted HVAC team that we can count on! On the hottest day of the year I came home to my house with an internal temperature of over 90 degrees. With a 9 month old sweating I knew this could not wait until the next day. I contacted Dustin during after hours and he sent Tony over right away. Tony showed up within 5 minutes to my house in Lee’s Summit. Tony is a top notch technician and such a cool guy to talk with. I will 100% recommend Blue Heating and Cooling to my neighbors and friends and will continue to use them in the future!

To the service tech on 6/15/22 after hours, while I was still working, that not only got my AC up and cooling, kept checking on my handicap wife also during his work, thank you for the professional and kind work done. 👊 bump. The service technician diagnosed the issue quickly and was very clear on what options were available, and worked with me on the best solution for me. The installers went out of their way to create as little disruption as possible while performing the work and made sure I understood each step of the process. Everyone I encountered at Blue was extremely professional, helpful, and hardworking. Their staff were polite, did a great job, and left a clean worksite! The prices were very fair and reasonable.

Jessi and Shannon, the ladies who answered my calls and emails were tops. Matt, the first technician who came out to look at my ancient furnace and did the ge measurements for a quote was extremely helpful and honest.

The day of the new installation, Dennis and Cory were excellent at their jobs and met the challenges of the house as the absolute pros they are. There may have been a 3rd person on site whose name I didn't catch, but I could be mistaken.

I cannot stress how everyone involved on the job is the reason I will recommend Blue to everyone I know!

We have had some confusing issues with our furnace the last few weeks, and the service we’ve received from Lucas and Dustin has been amazing. They were polite, showed up on time to each appointment, kept us updated with everything that they were doing and what needed to be done, and in my opinion were reasonably priced. They did a lot of work on our furnace that saved us from having to purchase a brand new one and we really appreciated that. I would recommend them to anyone needing assistance, and we will be loyal customers from here on out. We appreciate all the help, thanks again!

Fast Friendly and Local!!! Out within 3.5 hours on a Saturday. A competitor was 5 days out on service. Prices seem reasonable for a weekend service call.

3/8/2021 update: a couple of weeks ago our heat pump went out. Today we had Cory and Carlos install a new Lennox system. Both were very knowledgeable and didn’t mind me asking questions or explaining things to me. Overall they were efficient and friendly. Job was done faster than I expected.

They were very quick, professional, and friendly. The furnace humidifier is working and the house feels SO MUCH BETTER. I will definitely use them again if we have furnace issues.
