Blue Heating and Cooling is always professional, on-time and offers a great service for a great value. I've had them out to my house several times and each time I get personalized service. I had them out to fix our furnace--turns out we needed a new thermostat. They made a special trip to make sure that our new thermostat was installed right--two days before Thanksgiving. Talk about great service.

We had a nice surprise - the air stopped cooling and being new to the area I chose Blue because of Google reviews and proximity to my house in Parkville. They came out within a couple hours, did an analysis and let us know that we needed a new compressor. They came the next day and had it done in a few hours. They also provided a very fair price. My highest recommendation and we will be using them for all our hvac needs. All the guys, and Hannah in the office are super cool, too!

Blue Heating and Cooling are fantastic.

I've had them out to our house for a number of things: replacing the condenser coils for our AC unit, changing out the capacitor for the AC, and regular HVAC system cleaning & inspections.

They are always easy to deal with, polite, fast, and consistent with their pricing. Really outstanding service.

Here's a perfect example:

The first time I called them I had an 8am appointment. At 8am the service tech showed up, and he started asking me about the problem. After awhile I realized he was actually the owner of the company. The employee who was supposed to come out had called in sick, so the owner stepped in to keep the 8am appointment. No one wants to get up early to cover someone else's shift, but you know you're dealing with a good company when the owner will do that!

Very quick and responsive service. Tony came out to repair my air conditioner and within 15 minutes he had identified and resolved the issue. He gave me additional tips to prevent the issue in the future and was very forthcoming with answering any questions I had. It was a very good customer experience.

I called this company up to come do the semi-annual maintenance at my house. They were very responsive, professional, flexible, and they were even great with our dogs too! They were very helpful and didn’t push a unit or extras that our house didn’t need. The team that came to do the install were super friendly and courteous and did a great job explaining the new system.

This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Dustin responded at 9:00 PM and determined my furnace was not worth repairing (26 years old). He quoted me an extremely fair price for a complete new heating and AC system. Lucas and Nick were at my house at 8:00 AM the next morning and did an extremely professional install. They were both very knowledgeable and expained it thoroughly to me. The area was left cleaner than it was when they arrived. I will definitely use and recomend them in the future. 100% plus satisfied.

Just installed a new Lennox XC17 AC unit last Friday with a very fair price. I LOVE it.

Dustin, Brian and Dominic are all very professional technicians. Not only do they know what are they doing, but they keep the work done neatly and are very friendly.

Shannon, the office manager, gives the very best customer service that I have ever experienced. She answered all my questions and responded ASAP either by phone or emails.

The reason for me to use Blue is because I support local small businesses. Blue is a great company; although I used someone else before, I am loyal to them now. I will use BLUE to maintain my Cooling & Heating system in the future for the rest of my life. I also will recommend BLUE to all of my friends and neighbors who is in need of service.
