The Technician Dustin showed up as expected at the assigned time, listened carefully to my description of what was happening with my system while asking probing questions, diagnosed the issue quickly also checking a couple of other things that could be a cause of my issue and resolved the problem in a very timely manner. This is the 2nd time we've used the service in the last two years and have been very satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Blue Heating and Cooling is who I would recommend for your HVAC needs. I used them on both my personal home and as a building contractor. They are easy to work with and deliver a quality product with personal service. There is no one I trust more.

Transparency. When they tell you they have a $79 service call that is what it is. That is not the price they charge for answering the phone and driving to your house. That is the price they charge to get you back right and as long as no parts are required and they don't incur any extra expenses you are charged no extra expenses. They do not charge you by the hour starting at the time they call you to tell you they are 30 mins out. They show up on time and they get the job done. Great family owned business in the northland that puts customer service and satisfaction over all else.

I called these guys because they had the best reviews and now I know why! A service tech was at my house within an hour on one of the coldest days of the year. From there they replaced the furnace all within an afternoon! Highly recommend this company!

Responded quickly, very knowledgeable and replaced my capacitor. Had to replace my capacitor 2 years prior also, but Blue was significantly more expensive. Previously paid $120 for exact same service call and repair, Blue charged $180.

The technician was very nice and efficient. He thoroughly cleaned the furnace and checked the humidifier to make sure it was working properly. Highly recommend this company!
