In trying times, Steve’s Heating and Cooling’s technician, Bryan, provided exceptional service. Bryan was compassionate, explanatory and just a down to earth human being. He was prompt, happy to answer my questions, explained things thoroughly and helped me figure some things out for the near future. I can’t express the appreciation I have for Bryan and the service we received. Highly recommended.

I was searching for someone who could diagnose and repair my A/C in the house I just bought. I had more than one company come out, (some of which took over a week to even call me back, much less to get scheduled) and they all recommended getting a ductless system for my upstairs. This would have cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I was desperate, as the temperature was climbing into the 90s and I found Steve's Heating and Cooling. They were absolute lifesavers! The owner himself, Shaun, came out almost immediately to take a look. He noted that the system I had was likely a very easy fix, and recommended I hold off on any kind of expensive mini-split setup, at least until we get the basics going. He sent a master technician named Josh out the next day and even did so in the evening, to accommodate my work schedule. It took less than 30 minutes and Josh had my house cooling off, and we are so happy with the service. They are a family-owned business and it shows. They truly care about the people they are serving, and they do business honestly, respectfully and promptly. I wish I could give 20 stars, because this is customer service that is unmatched and I am so thankful!!

I was very satisfied with the installation by the technician that installed our new heating and ac system. They were very courteous and helpful in explaining the new system and were more than willing to answer any questions that we had concerning the operation of the new system.
I would diffenently recommend Steve’s Heating and Cooling as an honest and reputable company.
Josh the tech that came out to service our old heating system was very helpful and no pressure to buy their heating and air conditioning system as our old system was approaching 30 years old and getting where we had to have a service tech out every year with some type of problem .

I called on 4th of July and they answered the phone which I was surprised, but happy! They came out the next morning and diagnosed and fixed on spot. We are now cool again! Thank you so much!

Josh, David and Dylan did an awesome job installing our new air conditioning and heating system today. They took extra care walking through our home, laying down drop cloths as it was a rainy day. They were all professional and Josh took extra care explaining the thermostat operation.

Cordell arrived in a very timely manner when we had furnace/heat pump issues. His systematic approach to diagnosing the problem was efficient, informative, and professional. The repair was very fairly priced. I feel very fortunate when having someone come into our home who is knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

My furnace stopped working and I called the only company I could remember that was willing to work in a crawl space. This furnace was over 25 years old and it's motor finally gasped it's last breath leaving me in a panic since it's the middle of January. I called Steve's Heating and Cooling and Josh and David came out and we talked about installing a new Furnace and AC unit, since the AC unit is just as old and stopped working two summers ago. Josh and David came early today and worked nonstop for 8 hours, digging out the crawlspace with shovels, installing the new Trane AC unit and Furnace and even replacing 4 collapsed ducts and discovering and replacing the duct that was leaking Carbon Monoxide. They were so hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. They were so positive and polite, believe me I've had men who were real crybabies who demanded an extra fee just for looking at my furnace because it's in a crawlspace. I'll be sure to use them when I replace my water heater when it goes. I can't say enough about how happy I was with Josh and David, they are truly an asset to this company.
