I recently scheduled an a/c tune up. The guys were professional and were happy to provide details on any questions I had for them. they took about an hour checking out our basement furnace system and the outdoor a/c unit, and cleaned our condenser coils. I'd definitely recommend Steve's Heating & Cooling for any of your HVAC needs.

Steves Heating & Cooling is great. My furnace became unusable yesterday, after a quick search from another app it looked like this was the place to call and local. 20 minutes after I spoke to the phone rep there were 2 Technicians looking at it, just great service. Today they are downstairs hooking up my new furnace at a great price! I will recommend them to anyone who ask's.

Have only great things to say about Steve’s. We have used this company for nearly 25 years and with 2 homes. Family and friends still use them after our initial referral. They are all professional, personable, knowledgeable, and genuine. I have always felt they have our best interest at heart, never pressuring into purchasing or doing a service we didn’t really need or could wait to do. Highly recommend them.

The technicians courteous, detailed and informative. I chose another company though for the warranty offered and bid was about $1800 less.

Typically I never write reviews but being ignored multiple times is reason enough for me, tried setting an appointment, was told appointment was set for said day, said day comes, no call, nothing, called them after appointment was missed by an hour,left a VM they called back real quick to set another appointment, day comes no call, nothing, called office an hour after said appointment, they tell me we'll try for 1 of 2 days, if not we can for sure this weekend, heard nothing from the 1 of 2 days, whatever, weekend comes, nothing at all again, called after an hour of missing the appointment once again, left VM, Monday, no call back, Tuesday no callback, so you deserve 1 star for literally just not calling back. Lack of professionalism and courtesy.
