Service Call - 2021 I had a service call recently with Hales and the experience was great. Seems like my unit was running with increased gas pressure potentially due to a change outside the furnaces control. Called Hales and William came out to take a look. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step he was taking to diagnose the problem. I still couldn't be anymore happier with choosing Hales when I did my initial installation along with service calls I have had.
Installation - 2019 Our A/C went out on one of the hottest weeks this year. Unfortunately for us, we were in a situation where we needed a brand new system installed during a week when I am sure multiple people had A/C issues. Michele (an owner of Hales) came out to discuss with me all of the different options available for install. Providing the Good, Better, Best options, each one had its unique features in which Michele had an in-depth knowledge of each option. Of all the companies that came out to quote me a new system, Hales (Michele) was the only one that sat down and discussed each system and exactly what they would do during an install. With a holiday in the week and one of the hottest weeks thus far, Hales found a way to get my new unit ordered and installed quick! Chris and Joe came out to install our new Carrier unit and they were amazing and friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. This was not a simple job. These guys changed my old existing Heat Pump / All electric furnace to an AC / Gas Furnace setup.

Austin came out when our furnace wasn’t working on Jan. 27th and had us up and running in no time. He evaluated the problem and it was fixed in a flash. No kidding. It was such a relief to know he knew what it was and it didn’t amount to a huge repair bill. These guys from Hale’s really know their stuff. They are reliable, knowledgeable and so nice to have in your home. Another 5 star service. If you need a service call on your furnace or A/C , call Hale’s. We are on the yearly service plan with Hales and it’s a very nice incentive. Craig was our service tech this time for our yearly furnace check and cleaning. Our A/C went out on the hottest day this summer and it happened to be a Sunday. I called Hales and got their after hours technician. He was super nice on the phone and seemed to really care that we had no A/C on such a hot day. Said someone should be out within the hour. Morgan arrived within about 40 minutes and checked out things but had an idea of our problem because of our description on the phone earlier. He got right to work explaining everything and had us up and running again in no time. Morgan was professional, very nice and thank goodness knew what we needed. I will be calling them again. We even signed up for their yearly maintenance service. Thank you Morgan and Hales Heating and Cooling Company for offering after hours service for those of us who need help after hours. 5 star service!
Shannon was very professional and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and answered all questions that we had. I am paralyzed and unable to get to my basement and so he took pictures to show me everything that he did. This means so much! Excellent company!
I've been dealing with Hales since 2012 when they performed an install of my Amana A/C & Furnace. System has been working well in these last 9 years. They are a top notch service operation & an absolute rarity these days when it comes to outstanding customer service, professionalism & communication transparency if there is an issue. Even during a recent regular bi-annual service, the technician carefully went over a detailed checklist, explains the parameters of the matrix they use, and gives me a detailed, clear view, explanation of what to look for now and in the future within my system. Very impressed! Also, their customer service skills are impeccable. I just wish all of my dealings with other service related companies where half as good as with these guys. In my opinion Hales should be the industry standard. Thanks guys!
We could tell something was not right with our furnace. Found Hale's online and left message for service. They came out that afternoon and let us know our 36 yr old furnace was no longer operable. They had a new furnace available for installation the next day. With temperatures dipping below freezing, that is fantastic in this time of labor and equipment shortages. Definitely will call them again if needed.
My furnace wasn't working properly and Mr. Beck arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and fix the furnace the same day. He also didn't mind me standing over his shoulder and asking questions while he worked to diagnose the issue. Very professional and personable. Seemed like a no-nonsense type of company and I would call them again for my other properties.
We recently moved and our air went out during very hot weather. The unit had several issues that needed repair and maintenance and Luis went above and beyond to make sure he patched it to keep us cool until the parts came in for the repair. He was so nice and very professional. He gets a solid 5 star rating from us!
