Mike came out to our house to service my AC/Furnace and prepare us for the Winter months. He was AWESOME! Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and gave us some tips to help keep our energy bill down. I will be sticking with these guys for all my future HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

Scheduler was able to find opening in tight schedule for fall heating maintenance. Technician was on-time, professional, friendly and efficient.

Eric from Midwest Heating and Cooling "engineered" an outdoor system to ensure that water from our sump pump went directly from the pump to our underground outdoor piping to our street. He had previously installed our new sump pump and backup battery. He knows the plumbing business of Midwest Heating and Cooling. This is in addition to our using MHC&P for our A/C and Furnace needs for 3 decades. A job well done.

My daughter just started using this business for her furnace & ac maintenance in the past year. So far, their service has been very good. I referred her to them as I have used their service for several years & was very happy with them.

I have used Midwest for several years. They performed the spring and fall service on my HVAC system. Never received a hard sell to upgrade my equipment, even though my furnaces and A/C units were ~20 years old. The time came to replace the units and Midwest provided a very fair price and was very helpful, providing information for me to evaluate their bid vs others. Units were out of stock, but I was provided with an estimated date for the installation (a few weeks). When the units came in, the installation was scheduled for a reasonable date thereafter. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled. They were very knowledgable, polite, and communicated well. They finished the job on time. Overall, a very good experience. I will continue to use them (10 year warranty) for annual service. I would recommend Midwest for HVAC service work or full installations of furnaces & A/C units.

I was not available during the entire service, however, my wife advised that the representative was knowledgeable and performed his duties efficiently.

Great experience! Got new AC, Furnace, & hot water heater installed in June. They came out in Dec as we were having issues with some settings. They made sure everything was running smoothly and adjusted settings.

We called about our AC going out after hours. Tech called us at 9 to say he was in Kansas and wouldn't be able to come look at our unit (despite being promised 24 hour service). Tech told us to call in the morning to have them out first thing, then the person on the phone says they can't be out until MONDAY (4 days later)f because we aren't an existing customer.

That is not how this should have been handled. I could have called a different company last night and gotten this fixed already.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Mid -west.
They have kept up with the production of the houses I am building even in the times of covid -19 and material shortages.
All of the workers have been great to work with. Kenny delivered exactly what he said they offer as a turn key HVAC company.

Above and beyond happy with the entire process. They had the best price for a Trane of 6 quotes and best terms. The estimate process was simple but well detailed. The price estimated was what we were billed. The scheduling was quick. The installers were on time and done an hour early. They didn't leave any trash and all fittings are sealed and put together exact. I honestly had no idea of what a great install looked like till they did ours. When it's time to do our ac they'll be my first call. Impressed!
