They came when they said they would, charged what we agreed on, courteous, professional, left no mess behind. And the loaner portable AC unit was a big help, saved us from a lot of lost sleep in this 90 degree weather with no AC. Thank you, James!

Midwest Heating Cooling and Plumbing has always been our 'go to' company for our heating and A/C needs. They do great maintenance twice annually - very professional and engaging. Just recently our A/C suddenly stopped working on a very hot day. I called them and they were out at our house within about 90 minutes and quickly fixed the problem. Great service and response. I would highly recommend them.

Josh, was very professional and precise in his diagnosis. He even showed me a duct that I had not been adjusting for winter temps. It was not easy to see and he adjusted it and made a big difference on my main level. Nice work team!

Incredible service knowing what there doing and the tech was super nice and super cool also very knowledgeable. Got me up and heated again after no heat for 2 weeks cause I wasted time calling other places.
They also didn't take 15 minutes poking my furnace and give a lame excuse I needed a new system like this homeherokc did trying to sell me a Mr. Cool hvac? No thanks.
Save your time and give Midwest heating and cooling a call.

Midwest does maintenance twice a year on 4 home AC Units in my house.They replaced a Solenoid valve connection improperly causing a small leak that I did not notice in the basement for months. The service man came by and fixed it in 5 minutes.
They are charging me for a service call . Said it was out of warranty. I went to management and they said it was out of warranty even though it was installed wrong. Charging me a 90$ service call.
I question the relationship and need to reevaluate.

Eric and Dallas came by on time and was very helpful in describing
our problem, we realized that my tub needed to be removed and it was more work than Midwest can do at this time. They were willing to replace new shut off valves in the other bathrooms and even put on a new bathroom countertop for me. As a women, I felt comfortable with them in the house and honest with their recommendations.

We have a regular maintenance program for our HVAC with Midwest. They do a nice job. Yesterday, a new technician, Craig did our services and was especially attentive and thorough. He answered my questions and helped us with some issues on our Nest thermostat. He was very kind and efficient. I highly recommend Midwest and thanks to Craig, will definitely continue the contract.

Heater was not working at 11 pm. They answered my emergency call, and explained that there was no harm in waiting till morning. I called at 9 am to schedule an inspection, but they already had a tech scheduled to my home. We thought the thermostat might have been faulty, but let the tech do his own assessment. Within an hour he had the heat going, and suggested a thermostat replacement. We had already purchased a replacement, which he installed, and was gone in little over an hour.
I should mention another “well-known” company had suggested a new furnace, for a couple thousand dollars.
