I arrived home on a Sunday afternoon where my thermostat read 90°. I called Midwest on Monday morning, and a tech arrived by 3 pm. He was very professional and knowledgeable. My A/C system was up in running within 30-40 minutes.

We have used them for years very happy with their service. Biannual inspection to keep things running good, Humidifier instillation and when we finished our basement they did the hvac work.

We have used Midwest Heating and Cooling for over 10+ years and love their service and always feel like we get a great deal!

Clint was just precious and loved on my doggie while he was there. He was so personable and not just another repairman. The service was great and I’m all set up for spring maintainance.

Installers showed up on time and completed work in time projected. They were very professional, answered all questions I had, cleaned up all debris, new AC and furnace look great.

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year! We were serviced within 20 hours of our original call which was made after 5 pm. Technician got right to the problem and we were cooling down by mid afternoon. The parts were covered under warranty and the service call was reasonable.
