Long time customer. We appreciate having the same technician over the years. Our service tech has been very informative and patient with questions and has taught us about how to best operate our HVAC system. We have had two furnace systems installed in the 20 years we have been customers. Good info, and no issues with service. Thank you, Derek.

It will be tough for me to even put into words how thankful my family is to have had Midwest Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing answer our call for help! We initially had called a competitor at 7:30am on Saturday morning, because our A/C had gone out at 1:30am that morning. The competitor did not show up to check the A/C until 9:00pm that night. They told me they could not do anything that night and it might take 3 - 5 days to get the part to fix our A/C. My family spent the night in a hotel Saturday night, because our house was unbearably hot. Sunday morning I called Midwest, and spoke with the answering service. Within 10 minutes of the call, T.J. called me back. He assured me he had the part, and assured me he would get me and my family taken care of the next day. Monday morning, sure enough, T.J. called just like he said he would, and he said he had the part and would have it installed that afternoon. We were thankful just to hear that, but within an hour and a half, T.J. called and said he was almost to our house. He came in and got right to work! He was quite, but professional. Very focused on the task at hand. He fixed everything like he had done the job a million times, and had our A/C up and running. The house began to cool, and I knew I could finally bring my family back home. My brother passed away in 2011, and my family had always called him T.J. My brother is gone, but this week T.J. from Midwest came to our rescue as our Guardian Angel. My family and I are so thankful to have had him answer our call for help!! Thank you T.J., and thank you Midwest!!!

They came out very quickly to look at my furnace . $500 for a new control board plus $99 for the service call. Took about 15 minutes.

Our A/C was blowing hot air. I called 3 companies. 3rd time a charm! Midwest could come out in hours to repair our A/C. The technician identified the failure, repaired it and cleaned the outside unit. This morning our home is cool and comfortable.

Once again Midwest has proven to be THE BEST! Today I had a new water heater installed and I want to thank you for sending Eric to handle the job for me. He was friendly, efficient and so very nice to work with. He is indeed a credit to your company.Thank you again for providing your usual affordable and exceptional service.
