The technician called ahead to let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he didn't waste any time getting to work on my furnace. I thought the igniter had failed but the first thing he did was check the inlet pipe. It was blocked by leaves & as soon as he cleaned it out the furnace worked as advertised. The service agreement with Midwest is worth every penny.

Midwest Heating and Cooling are wonderful! Our furnace went out on Tuesday evening and they were here on Wednesday at noon. Turned out to be our evaporator which they were able to get fixed in a matter of minutes.

Wouldn't trust our HVAC work to anyone else. We've used them for years, at every home we've owned, and have never had an issue. Tim is knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and provides us with an explanation of the work he's doing. Top notch service and business!

My heat failed over the weekend, so I left a message for them to call me Monday morning. They called as soon as they opened and set me an appointment for 3 hrs later. Showed up on time, clearly was very knowledgeable about the heating system, and did the repair as fast and cheap as possible. Second time using this company, and it will definitely not be the last! I'll always call Midwest first for any HVAC issues.

Called for a service visit at 8 am and told the technician would be there between 12 and 4. He arrived at 12 and had everything fixed by 12:20. Personable, professional, and efficient. Can’t ask for more. Been using this company for over 20 years.

We had MW HC&P back to our other property to replace the Furnace, AC & Water heater. They did a great job maintaining the equipment for us for decades and they did more great work this time.

For over 25 years we have had our AC and heating systems installed and maintained by MW Heating and Cooling. I have compared prices several times and theirs was the best - by far. We usually get our same maintenance tech 2x a year ( Greg) and he explains things and is on time, professional and friendly . This company has been around a long time and with our homes for 30 yrs. There is a reason .

My garbage disposal is working great since installed in December. The Tech answered all my questions and showed up on time.
