I selected Midwest Heating and Cooling to replace my furnace and air. They were professional, knowledgeable, and on time! James was my advisor he answered all my questions and secured the system that was right for my situation and at a price that was competitive. The technicians were great - they were fast in removal and installation, protected my floors and cleaned up afterwards.

I technician was very kind and worked me into his schedule. He answered all of my questions & gave me good tips on basic maintenance of my system which I found to be very helpful.

Technician arrived in a rainstorm. He was prepared with shoe covers upon entering my home. After the servicing he explained all that was done and gave me some advice for optimizing efficiency. A+ experience.

Met to discuss several projects. Installation of utility sink in basement, installation of new faucets, water heater repair, etc. Plumber was professional, informative and offered good advice on products to buy and how best to proceed on different projects.

Sump pump in the basement was not working. Called Thursday and Dallas was out Friday morning to repair it. As usual he did a great job.
