We replaced our air conditioner with a new system this week. Air conditioners are not cheap so it's important to use a professional company for the job. We've used Buckner's before and have always had a good experience. The technicians, Jacob & Isaiah did a perfect job. They arrived on time, worked quietly and efficiently, respected our request for social distancing and wearing masks. We are really happy with our new Bryant system. Top notch service and products. I am not one who minces words when I don’t get good service.😬 And I was 100% impressed with Buckner heating and cooling services throughout the entire process!! The two young installers were professional and competent and thorough in their work. They even took the time to explain their finished install. We called Buckner's Heating and Cooling because our A/C was leaking coolant again. They originally installed the unit over 16 years ago, and this is only the 3rd service call we had to make. Buckner's exceeded our expecations from the first service tech who came out last week, to the 3 super nice, respectful, and knowlegeable installers who came out today and Steve who patiently walked us through the sales process. We couldn't be happier with the service and quality of products.

My wife and I highly recommend Buckner's Heating & Cooling Co! We had a wonderful experience with Buckner's the last 2 days. Our 21 year old blower motor stopped working on a cold winter night. We called sweet Megan at Buckner's late the next morning and she connected us with Steve Blow, their sales manager. Steve visited our home that same day, in the afternoon, and discussed with us our options. Buckner's pricing was lower than what we expected and Steve said we could get a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and thermostat installed the very next cold day. Shaun, Ian and Jacob installed the new units the next day. They were very professional, polite, knowledgeable, masked, courteous and friendly. They even put down drop cloths in our entry and on our nice wood stairs leading to the basement. They also removed our old equipment and cleaned up the area. Shaun set up the new wi-fi thermostat and showed us old people how to use it. We could not have had a more pleasant experience. Buckner just installed an air conditioning unit for us on one of these days we had over the past week or so that rained and rained and rained. We had quite a downpour while they were installing the unit, we estimated it was 2" of downpour. Shaun S., Ian E., and Isaiah S. all were GREAT, they were fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. I can highly recommend Buckner and this Buckner crew.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Buckner's Heating and Cooling since October 1990. They serviced our home in Gladstone for over 20 years, during which time we purchased a new home AC and Heating system, also a new water heater. We moved to Platte City in 2015 and I was pleased to know that Buckner's could still service our equipment. We have had the maintenance contract on our both of our homes. We look forward to seeing them twice a year for service. Today we replaced and upgraded or service to the new Trane system. The service personnel are always pleasant and helpful. If you need someone to take care of your house Buckner's is the right choice.

This business has such good, qualified people to handle the work you're needing done.. The young men have helped me solve problems (I'm 84) that aren't even related to the issue I've asked to have repaired. Just those kind of employees. You can't go wrong using this service.

I was very impressed with the service we received from Buckner. When our furnace went out I called another company. They came out and checked the furnace and said that it would need to be replaced but they would have to have a salesperson come out and give me an estimate and they couldn't give me any idea when that might be and was even less knowledgeable as to when they might be able to come back to install. They also kept pushing that I should replace the air conditioning unit at the same time as the furnace. I called Buckner and Steve was here within a half an hour, showed me what they had to offer and when I could expect installation. The prices were very reasonable and I had a new furnace installed a couple of days later. I will recommend Buckner to anyone who is in need of heating and cooling repair or purchase! Thank you Steve and all of the Buckner staff that helped us out.

We lost heat on a Friday, which is generally the case, and it came out that I had to get a whole new system. Steve came out on Sat after emailing Buckner's through their website. I really appreciated him taking some away from his family to help me get this quote together. On Monday morning Buckner's came out and began installing the new system. Troy and his crew did a fantastic job on the install and we could not be more happy with how quickly they got the job done. We really appreciate how quickly Buckner's responded to us and job they did to get our heat back on!

Buckner Heating and Cooling provided great service. Steve Blow came out to offer an estimate. He was on time and provided great options and information on a new system. We called to make an appointment and they came out within days. Troy and Miles were the technicians. They were very respectful quiet and represented Buckner very well. They even took extra time to show me all about Nexia and helped me understand the thermostat. They did not a mess either!! Many of my friends recommend Buckner Heating and Cooling and I can see why. I hope we have many years with our new Trane heater and air conditioner.
