We recently had two hvac units replaced, (yes eeek!); but the 2 crews from Buckner’s were a great group of guys that installed the new furnaces and ac condensers. Thanks to Max, Shaun C, Ian and Aiden who not only finished within one day, but were careful to help keep the dog and cats inside.

Thank you for allowing our one cat to help supervise, and for leaving our property picked up and tidy. The AC units have been called upon plenty since the install. I have found that although the temperature setting is about 2* higher than we had the old unit, I hear comments it is cold in the house! Nice problem to quickly remedy.

I have used Buckner’s now for about 3 years for all my HVAC needs because they’re service is top notch. Whatever I need, they always manage to fit me in within a couple of days. Gary has serviced my furnace and AC for several years and he’s just the nicest guy! Unfortunately when I had him out to service my AC for the season at the beginning of the week, he told me I really needed a new unit. Decided it was time and their Steve was there within a couple of hours and new unit was installed 3 days later by Jacob and Ethan who were also super nice guys. Great experience from start to finish. So happy to get it done quickly before the seasonal rush! Thank you Buckner’s for taking such good care of me!

Super happy we chose Buckner’s and would highly recommend them. We had a 20+ year-old zoned HVAC system so needed to replace 2 units. Steve did a great job explaining our options and advising on the best units for our home. The team of Max, Connor, Jacob B., and Nick did a fantastic job on installation! We have used Buckner's for years for our twice-annual maintenance. We keep going back because every single one of their staff are the best in the industry. The end of May 2019 our AC unit died (it was 20 years old!) and from sales to installation the whole process was smooth. Steve Blow didn't try to sell us a more expensive model - just the right model for our house. He explained why the recommended model we bought was the best for our house. We also purchased a new furnace (old one was also 20 years old). He explained the buying and installation process and even got us an installation date the very next weekend! The installation team of Jacob, Shaun and Ryan were extremely efficient and professional. I can't believe how clean they left everything! When the job was completed Jacob sat down with us and walked us through filling in all the paperwork, how to use the thermostat and what to expect going forward. We have been using Buckner's for years and every single person at this local company is exceptional. Thank you Buckner's!

Used Buckners for 16 years in our old house. Used their maintenance program and at one point purchased an entirely new system - always above and beyond service. Then moved to new home with new heating and cooling so got a bit lax with the maintenance but decided after four years it was time. When I called Mike remembered me; the tech Scott was efficient, neat and respectful of our home. It was just like we never left! So glad our heating and cooling is back under their care😊

I had a wonderful experience with Buckner's Heating and Cooling.
It was in the middle of the summer when my air conditioner went out.
My unit was 22 years old so I ended up getting a new furnace and air conditioner. I got estimates from 4 different companies including Buckner's, and theirs was the best price for the equipment. Within a 3 days I had a my new units installed by 2 knowledgeable and courteous young men.
I'm going to need a new hot water heater soon, I will definitely be calling Buckner's.

Buckner's installed the HVAC in our new house 12 years ago. I have had a maintenance agreement with them since. They come out twice a year to check the units. Almost always its a tech that has been out before. The units have never failed. We finished the basement after we moved in and was not getting warm enough there, even with putting ducts in.
I contacted Buckner's and was called back the next day by Steve. We set a day that was convenient for me. We discussed the issue and talked over several options. He came back the next day with his suggestion and a written quote. We ended up with a split system by Mitsubishi . I managed 11 buildings before I retired and the commercial tech we used suggested also.
Scheduled an install date. Luckily it was not stuck in some port. Max and Miles were here on time and got right to work. It took less than a day. Max and Miles were super. They didn't mind me checking with them and asking questions. They finished, cleaned up, showed me the options on the unit, and hauled the trash away. They said to call if I had any questions. Would not hesitate recommending them.

Buckner's has been taking care of our AC/Heating and Hot Water heater needs for years. We just had them install a new Furnace/AC system after researching their price and discovering it was quite reasonable. Their installers and technicians are prompt, neat, and able to clearly explain what they are doing and why.

I have been a client of Buckner's over 10 years. I have their service agreement and they have always been prompt to schedule my spring and fall maintenance. I recently had a major issue with the original heating system. They gave me options to address this issue and covered the pros and cons. I chose to replace the heating and cooling system which was the most practical option. Their service team came out and did an excellent job installing the units. Buckner's provides great service whether it be regular maintenance or a dire emergency. I would, and have, recommended Buckner's to anyone in need of heating and/or cooling needs.
