Very pleased. Scheduler Kara is wonderful. She got a discount approved for us and got both technicians (HVAC and water heater) scheduled on the same day. Technician was professional, explained what needed to be done in a way that was easily understandable and provided a cost estimate for the needed repairs and replacement. Would definitely recommend

He diagnosed the issue with our washer and listened and communicated clearly professionally and made sure we understood what was going to happen at each step of the process to getting our washer repaired. We purchased a new Daikin Furnace and Central Air unit from AB May in February , 2016. We had no problems until January, 2022. Starting with that service call we have had to replace 3 circuit boards. Thank goodness we purchased their extended warranty plan. The second time we had no heat for a week because they didn't have any of the circuit boards in stock. I would not recommend buying a Daikin Furnace and Central Air unit.

Patrick was on time and extremely professional. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. Also he’s the most friendly repair guy I’ve worked with and treated my dog as his own. I’ll definitely go with A B May in the future and I’d be happy to have Patrick help again with any future repairs I may need to have done.

Mike was excellent as a service person and very efficient. I have never had problems with any person with whom I have met to take care of my air or furnace needs. Apparently, dog urine corrodes the coils and when one of my dogs visited the corners of the outside unit, a process of deterioration began five years ago when the full system was installed. I have had a yearly maintenance program and apparently the damage to my system was not noticed until it failed. I am pleased to report that ABMay, Jason Smith, worked with me to resolve this issue. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I would give the technicians ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, but the office staff, the people that answer the phones and the management in the office is what got them one star. They're unorganized, none of them are on the same page, they don't give you correct information, and they have zero communication skills. I was told once that my home warranty covered my refrigerator and when the technician showed up he told me it was not covered.
They installed a brand new HVAC system into a house that I had just purchased. Two weeks into living there, the AC quit working. I was scheduled on the Saturday for them to come out to fix it. As the day ticked away, I called several times to double-check that the technician was still coming and they reassured me that he was. He never showed up and I ended up having to make another appointment. AC. June. HOT. If it breaks again before a normal lifetime of an HVAC system, I will get a lawyer.
Needless to say I did not renew my home warranty with ABMay.

Joseph was wonderful with AB May. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He was able to get our issues resolved. Joseph was knowledgeable about the repairs and we’d welcome him back for any electrical issue, but hopefully we won’t have any soon. We greatly appreciate the service he provided. He is a fantastic employee!!
