A.B. May Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Electrical

ABMay is always welcomed in our home. They sent three techs to our home to try and come up with how we were going to take out a very bad installation of plumbing for our new bathroom suite and laundry room. Derrick came in at a great estimate and Mike Park and Jacob Drager came in and did the job. They spent two whole days in our home fixing the issue. They were respectful , prompt, they explained how they were going fix the problem, they cleaned after themselves (which we were not use to) and best of all it came out looking so good. My husband and I are verypleased. .

The service person was polite and personable. However, he worked hard to up sell two faucets to me, instead of repairing. He worked on estimates most of the time he was here so no repairs to the faucets were made. When I reminded him to take a look at the toilet, it was an after thought. He then tweaked something in the tank to help it fill with water more fully. The total charge for that 2 minute repair was $345. I feel that is extremely unreasonable. I was aware of the service call fee but that much additional money for what he did was unconscionable. Plus the estimate for the faucet replacements including labor was over $2000. It is safe to say that I will not be contacting AB May for any of my plumbing needs.

Ben did excellent job! He explained me very kindly and answered all the questions. He has been responsible and have consistently completed all tasks perfectly. He has been kind and thorough in explaining every question I asked, and he fixed all the issues in our house. I truly recommend him.

We called on our home warranty and when James arrived, he saw right away that it was irrepairable. He offered several options, and I decided on the upgrade. He was super fast, professional and polite. I would have James back for any further repairs that are needed.

We were due for a new air conditioner and hvac. They made the process as painless as possible the install day went great.

These guys did a fantastic job w/our air conditioner installation. I had worked the night before & needed to sleep while they were there. They collected my payment when they arrived, & I was able to sleep during the installation. They were very professional. They cleaned up their mess for the most part. We would use this company again in a heartbeat. Great service.

Collin was very friendly and knowledgeable. It didn't take him anytime to get our A/C back to working. We have worked with A. B. May in the past and have always found them to be reliable and professional. I trust them to do a great job.

AB May installed a new furnace and A/C at our 4plex earlier this month and did an excellent job; professional, clean, quick (brought about an 8 person crew), and respectful. System has been great but some of the ducts to our other system started falling when A/C kicked on last week. Within two days, AB May was there and fixed them for free “in case they bumped them” while installing our new system. We’ll continue to use AB MAY for all of our future HVAC needs… while they may not be the very cheapest, the quality of work pays for itself immensely.

AB May was very responsive to a critical tub leak in my father’s home.

From dispatch office personnel to the field technicians, all parties dealt with were extremely professional and courteous. Tony was our plumber. He first provided a detailed explanation of the problem and then suggested the best solution. The issue was then remedied in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Ebony and the administrator clearly communicated her arrival and she was right on time. Ebony listened while I explained my issue then let me know what she thought the problem was and how she would fix it and the probable cost. She quickly fixed the drain issue, made sure there was no mess and even had time to give my dogs the attention they were craving (lol)! Ebony was professional and efficient. I haven't encountered many female plumbers but as a woman, seeing her immediately put me at ease- I hope more women follow in her footsteps.
