A.B. May Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Electrical

Zachery fixed my AC issue - feels like a new house again. Nice dude (everyone I've dealt with at AB May have been very nice and responsive). When you have someone come into your home to make a repair, and you can tell they really care about their job and care about getting the job done right the first time, it creates a situation where you know you can trust them (and the company) for any future needs...although I hope none of my stuff breaks obviously. Thanks Zachery - I appreciate your work!

Zac Jones did a very fine job! He was pleasant, courteous, and seemed committed to ensuring the job was done right. He checked on some things that really weren't necessary, just to make sure things were working right. He asked a couple of times whether we had any further questions. He represented A B May well!

I was very pleased with my service! Trevor was kind, professional and personable! I live in an older home so maintenance and upkeep is very important. He was very detailed in his explanation of my heating and cooling system and what he was looking at and monitoring. I'm very glad to be a part of the AB May membership and very thankful for the services provided so I won't deal with a bigger mess later!

I had an excellent experience with the service provided by A.B. May today. Our representative Anthony Morales. He was professional and helped explain the issue with our situation very well. I appreciate his hard work to get our sump pump working again!

James was excellent and went above and beyond to get our heat working, even working well into the night. Having a child born less than a week ago our ac went out and he saved they day. Highly recommend!

This is the first time I ever ever tried to use A.B. May. I called to schedule an A.B. May electrical technician to come to our home to gives us an estimate and information about adding wiring from the garage fuse box to an electric heater purchased for the garage that needs to be hard-wired. A couple of days after having scheduled the appointment, their scheduler called me and stated that whoever scheduled my appointment did not have the right tech set for the appointment, so they had to change the schedule to a new date and time (Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 9:00 am). I stated that would be fine. So, at 9:30 am, on January 10th, when no one showed up to the house, I called A.B. May and asked when the tech would be arriving because the tech is already late by 30 minutes. I was told that someone had canceled the appointment. I asked if I could speak with management, and I was told she would request their Resolution Team to be in contact with me about their errors with scheduling.
.... and of course, no one bothered to call. In a way, I am sort of grateful this happened, because it may be a reflection on the quality of their workmanship and corporate environment. I won't ever bother to call A.B. May for anything at all in the future. Too many errors in just the initial steps of trying to work with A.B. May makes me very concerned about how many errors there would be throughout the whole process in working with them.

We recently had a 32 year old A/C that bit the dust. We purchased a replacement unit and AB May installed it today.. They were timely ,personable, efficient, and cleaned up well. It is working very well this evening. It was a great personal experience, as they explained what they needed to do it and answered our question and we answered theirs. We met with the Sales staff on Friday and on Monday it was done. What more can you ask for?

He was very kind, quick and efficient. He replaced all the pipes downstairs and it looks much cleaner and nicer - he did a great job. Would recommend his Service

Cory was fantastic and so helpful! We found ourselves in a pinch the day before moving and, not only did they provide same day service, but Cory also offered creative solutions to ensure our appliances worked as expected.
