George’s knowledge experience and customer service was everything you hope for when you have service needs as a consumer. This was by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had when I needed work done to my home. Thanks again for the top notch job!

A.B. May was easy to get a hold of and made it very easy to book an appointment. Derrick Kruse came to service my water heater. Having a stranger in your home can be stressful but Derrick made it a better experience because he was professional, informative, and personable. Most importantly, he got the water to run hot again! I am very happy!

Mr. Ed has been in my home several times and he’s always friendly and professional. He explains everything about the job. If he’s not able to complete the job due to a part needing to be ordered, he gives me a timeframe on when to expect the delivery. Mr Ed is never bothered about the children watching him work.

Ben was FANtastic! Arrived on time. Understood the chaos in the household, and even asked the kids if they needed the restroom before turning the water off! He knew I was on a meeting, via phone. That lil act of kindness meant the world to me in that moment! Ty Ben!

Out of all AB May personnel that have been to my house Derrick was the best. Personable and knows his trade. I was on the fence for keeping AB May and his service is keeping me a customer. Great job so far 5 stars!!!! .

Logan was thorough, found a tiny leak on the coil, explained what needed to be done and gave us option/quotes. His work was almost perfect until he left and forgot to turn our heating/cooling system back on. Fortunately, we caught him before he drove off. It was an honest mistake, but can be prevented in the future by simply having a checklist before they leave to ensure everything is turned back on. Overall he did a great job!

Trevor did an amazing job at getting our AC working again just before one of the hottest weeks in summer. Will definitely plan on using the AB May service again in the future.

I first started working with A.B. May when I was a tenant renting a home. My landlord was a customer. Now that I am a homeowner, I could not think of a better HVAC company to work with than A.B. May. A technician by the name of Jeffrey Bellis came to service my AC. He was very polite and considerate. He took the status of my home as a factor in his recommendations. I am proud to say I am now a Bronze member and I look forward to continue working with this company in the future.

I was amazed how quickly the tech arrived to my home. He was respectful by putting shoe covers on and explained what he was looking for. Very impressed with the service I received!

The technician showed up on time she went right to work she took her time cleaning and Checking the air unit and furnace and water heater to make sure all is working great she had a very good personality. Very nice and Answered all my questions. She did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her!!
