A.B. May Heating, A/C, Plumbing & Electrical

I will never use ABMay again. Our AC went out Monday, July 3rd, the tech didn’t have the part and had to order it. We have a family member that just had major back surgery and we were told since we had a medical emergency we’d be put on the top of the list. The part came in July 5th but we wouldn’t have known if we hadn’t of made the call to ABMay to ask. They said they’d come out sometime, no guarantee when on July 6th. After 2 calls today we find out we were never even added to the callout list for today and now it’ll be July 7th before they can come out. Once again no guarantee on what time of day. Worst service we’ve ever had from a company.

Wade came out to our house to try to fix a fridge that wasn’t working. He notified us when he was on the way, he showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was very professional and had a lot of good information. He was super helpful and did a great job!!

George Martinez is an outstanding plumber employed by AB May. I have been a Gold Member for 10 years. George Martinez is very knowledgeable. He has over 30 years experience. He went above and beyond to order parts for a model of Jacuzzi tub. These parts are no longer available through "normal" channels. George took extra time to make calls and visits to plumbing suppliers to find one that could special order the part. George M. is an outstanding representative of Quality and Professional service.

The booking process was quick and convenient. The technician was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. Excellent and upfront communication during the entire process regarding services, issues, cost, etc.

Service tech was very nice and very professional. He let us know what options we had for repair and that it would be more worth while to replace than repair our dryer. We appreciated his transparency and guidance.

Kannon: Great guy, came out for an hvac inspection, ended up repairing our a/c as well as it wasn’t in tip top condition. Thorough, straight forward, and friendly service. This was our first time using AB may, we will now be lifelong customers!

Brian was very thorough and helpful on not only this but other drainage issues/questions I had. Hope we don’t need him again soon but if we do he’s our guy!

I will say without a doubt these guys that came out an were able work around the non scene I had going on in the house. They where very helpful an even found a carbon monoxide leak that I didn't know about. Well now I know why I had headaches a lot. They didn't try an upcharge anything. Stated what was happening my options. I ended up going with a new unit as it will be more cost affective in future. These guys were awesome in my opinion.

Jeremy was a fantastic technician and inspector. He was thorough and extremely helpful in recommending and implementing improvements to ensure the safety of everyone in the home.

Ryan was so great! He really cares about details and doing quality work. He went the extra mile. Thank you so much!!
