Gladstone Furnace has been a pleasure to work with. They were very honest and patient with all of my Questions. They did great work and every time I have had them out they’ve been right on time!

Our furnace stopped working two days before the New Year holiday weekend. I called several places and was told they couldn't come out until after the New Year. Finally called Gladstone Furnace. The lady who answered the phone was very compassionate and caring. Much to my surprise she said she could have someone out within 2 hours! The gentleman that came out pinpointed the issue immediately and resolved our problem! Only charged a minimal fee. Thank you to Gladstone Furnace and staff!!! You have DEFINITELY gained a new customer!!!

This guy is great! There was a part that went bad on our 7 year old furnace that Bryant had discontinued, but this guy came up with a fix and cleaned the furnace and only charge us $90.00,THANK YOU

BEWARE, The wife called them to fix our furnace. They did the job,but charged her 435.00 for a 159.00 circuit board. I guess they like to overcharge women.
