Garden Heating and Cooling

This was the first time that I used Garden Heating and Cooling. We were so impressed with this company. They were extremely professional. They were here when they said they would be. The quote was exactly what they said it would be. There Techs were absolutely awesome. I would recommend this company in a heart beat for anyone in need of this service.

John was an excellent technician. He was very professional. When a mechanical part needed to be replaced, he explained what the part did and why it should be replaced. I liked that he didn't try to upsell me with some other new system like some folks. Would highly recommend their services.

Great guys! Recently my AC broke down, and I was able to have one of the technicians come to my house the same day. He conducted a full inspection and was able to fix it. I'll be using this company from now on for all HVAC needs. Bravo!

Thank you Garden Heating and Cooling for saving us the agony of a cold night by repairing our furnace the same day we called you after it broke down. My mum has been praising you to her friends to the extent that one of them is planning to get a new water heater and installation from you.

Garden Heating and Cooling, was timely, friendly and left everything clean where they worked. They made several recommendations for other work I need to have done and explained what projects could wait and what needed immediate attention. I would definitely recommend them.

This place has horrible customer service. They don’t know how to communicate with you. I called set up a for someone to come out on Wednesday between 4-7p I waited till 630 and call them , they told me my tech wasn’t coming out Bc he was n an accident. Then had the service changed to Thursday from 5-8 again waited till 630p called and was told yea we got someone coming out. Just wait for a call. So 8pm no calls from them I called them and was told 8pm all techs are done working . Seriously how can u run a fn business like that .

Can't say enough about how fair , open , honest and what good work he does. My wife has commented but I find it fair that I do as well. As a service contractor myself I know both good service and bad. I will refer them out to anyone needing a.c. services and will definitely use him as my AC repairman!!
