Vogel Heating & Cooling

My system seemed to be working hard to maintain a reasonable temperature during the first few 90+ days of the year. I called a competitor and did not receive a return call. The next day I called Vogel and was able to set up an appointment for the same day. Scott G. made the visit and was direct, honest, and efficient. My system needed coolant and seems to be running normally after that was taken care of.

Excellent, prompt service when our Furnace went out on what has been one of the coldest day's of the 2016 year so far. Jason W was very thorough with his explanation of the problem, what caused it and what his recommended solution was. He was warming the house up again in a very short time. Jason and the Vogel Staff were great! Thanks!

I was very impressed with Rick B.'s knowledge, professionalism and communication during a service call today. I felt he gave honest recommendations and explained the work and available options in an easy to understand way. We'll definitely continue to use Vogel.

Quick response on a Saturday; thorough diagnosis of the problem, explanation, and quick repair - plus incidental cleaning and tips for continued operation. Kurt was great, service was surprisingly inexpensive. My house is properly warm for the first time in two weeks! Will definitely be calling Vogel again in the future if anything goes wrong with my AC or furnace.

Joe S came and did our Spring maintenance on our 16 year old ac. He was honest and thorough in explaining that our A/C was running very well but at 16 years old we might start to consider planning for a high ticket item. He also gave us some recommendations for our older furnace, but NEVER pressured me into buying something I didn’t need right now. I can’t speak highly enough of Joe! Good job!!

Vogel was able to schedule me quickly, and Ted did a great job. Provided before and after pictures of the duct cleaning and pointed out things about my system for me to monitor. Highly recommend their services.

After finished his works, he took the time to explain how the new system work, explained the warranty, maintenance and offer service for future. Vogel Heating did a clean and check on my furnace recently. Their hvac tech, Joe Stone, was very knowledgeable and thorough. I have never
experienced such a thorough check on my furnace. Joe found a part that
did not test at 100 percent. The unit is 13 years old and I said to replace
it now. We discussed the air quality in the house. He suggested that the
GPS 2400 air purification system would solve the problem. Should know in a short time. Joe explained the benefits of Vogel's annual maintenance plans. Plan to pick one soon. Very satisfied. Will see Joe
in the spring for an A/C service.

Vogel specialists Ted T. and Dennis C. installed a ductless system in my home over the course of 3 full days. I could not have been more happy with the service. Incredibly prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Dennis Ted and their team team went above and beyond! I am super pleased!

Bryan from Vogel was just amazing. I just learned that the house I bought 2 years ago had something that my home inspectors really should have told me about but didn't. The AC system was in a very small place took him a long time to get everything out, fix the motor, clean all the parts, put it back together, and somehow back into this tiny area. I'm sure for him this was one of the worst cases his ever had to do. Rather than taking the easy way and try to get to me replace my whole system like the last company did, he put forth the effort to fix it and saved me $9,500. Honestly there is no way I could ever repay Bryan for what he did, but just to let you guys know here is an honest company.
