Excellent service, Vogel, thank you! I returned home from work last night to discover my furnace had quit working sometime during the day. When I called Vogel this morning Sandi S was very friendly and more than happy to accommodate my work schedule while still having someone at my house this afternoon to address the problem. Joe S was the service technician and I cannot say enough positive things about him. He was punctual, personable, professional and really listened to the problem as I understood it as well as the troubleshooting I tried the night before. Joe explained what he was doing as he did it and gave me a lot of valuable information about my furnace. Joe’s first diagnostic of the issue was correct and the furnace was running again quickly but he still completed a full review of the furnace, including turn it on and off several times, to ensure I would not be running into another issue in the near future. My furnace is older and I know something is bound to go wrong with it down the road, but thanks to Joe I am confident that I will have no further issues this winter. When something does go wrong (again, older furnace) I will definitely be giving Vogel a call.

Vogel rescued my old, cranky furnace this past summer. They came out to assess my situation and gave me an honest, no pressure recommendation. Since then we've had excellent support from the Vogel staff and technicians. Most recently, Scott Gray came out to assist us and went well above and beyond to get us taken care of.

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year (108˚) plus being a Saturday. Most places were closed 'til Monday but we found Vogel was open 24/7. They came out first thing Sunday morning. Not good news AC-wise. We discovered that we had an AC unit die at the tender age of six plus a 30 year old dinosaur of a furnace in the basement.
We decided to replace both and had Ryan come out and give us a Heating and Cooling evaluation made specifically for our home. He answered all of our questions, showed us the systems best for us, and didn't give us the hard sell. The fact that Vogel does financing and payment plans as well was a bonus.

Ted and Adam came out and set up our new AC and Furnace. They were clean, courteous and very professional. The installation was done efficiently in one day and our house and yard was left spotless. They thoroughly explained the AC, Furnace and Thermostat with wi-fi before they left.

My wife and I will now be lifelong customers of Vogel Heating and Cooling and highly recommend their services.

No matter how much you spend on your system in only works well and last long if its installed correctly and I feel comfortable that this company and these guys knew what they were doing and I can count on them for any warrranty work in the future. I got the infinity system that Zach and Kyle installed and Scott came out and made sure is was working properly with no issues shortly after. Great company and I highly recommend. Very personable guys that you feel comfortable having in your home. Great financing as well.

Zack installed our new air conditioner. He was on time, efficient and friendly. He worked through the thermostat wi-if set up with me and very patient. Vogel was able to get our new air conditioner installed two days after we called. Thank you.

After a long day at work no one is happy to come home to an AC that stopped working. My regular service guys had no one to send until the next morning so I was relieved to find high ratings for a company that services 24/7. Ben assessed the issue & fixed it on the spot. I was so happy to get instant relief and a good night’s sleep in cool comfort. He was very friendly, explained things, answered my questions and wasn’t in a hurry. Grateful!

Rick was fast, on time, and was able to teach me a lot about my furnace operation. The repair he made was done while he was there and he was very thorough testing my system for efficiency. I could not be more pleased and will continue to use Vogel Heating and Cooling for any future need.

We're very grateful for the standards of business and service that Vogel upheld throughout the process of returning air conditioning to our home after our ~20-year-old split system ceased to cool due to a freon leak.
