Joe S. at Vogel was very personable and efficient when he came to do a maintenance visit for our AC. He knew I had to leave at a certain time and made sure to get what he needed to get done in a timely manner. He also explained everything he did very thoroughly.

Needed a new furnace and air conditioner. Contacted Vogel Heating and Cooling because of great experience my Mom had with them. Tim showed me all of my options for a new system and answered all of my questions and concerns. The new furnace and AC I choose were installed by Dan and Dennis. Their work was very professional and both where very friendly and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Vogel Heating and Cooling because of their professional work and friendly attitudes.

I called Vogel first thing in the morning because our air conditioner wasn't working and they sent Jeff H. out to our house the same day. That in itself was great. But I can't say enough good things about Jeff! It was the hottest day of the year so far (95!) and he spent 2.5 hours outside diagnosing the problem and eventually replacing the motor. He gave us options for fixing our 24 year old system vs. replacing it and didn't complain when we originally said we'd replace it and then changed our minds 10 minutes after he left even though it meant he'd have to spend more time outside in the heat. He was personable and knowledgeable and we'll be calling Vogel again when it's time to replace both the air conditioner and furnace. They completely deserve their 5-star rating!

Great customer service and technicians were prompt, professional, polite and neat. All team members were experienced and it showed in the final results. They took care to cover floors, carpets and furniture, and cleaned up after project was complete to leave everything looking as good, and in some instances better, than when they started. Thanks to Grant, Kyle, Ted, Melissa and the support team for their quick response, professional service and great attitudes.

Scott came out the same day I called and was able to fix the issue with my furnace within 45 minutes. He was super friendly and was able to answer all my questions! This is the first time going through Vogel and I was highly impressed! I would recommend this company to anyone!

We had Ron E. out to service our furnace and he was wonderful: quick, professional, honest, and up-front. He is, by far, the best person we've had complete any sort of work in our house. We will definitely be using Vogel again, in main part due to Ron.

I used Vogel a few years back: I bought a new AC system from them and had good service during that project so I thought I would give them more of my business. Had them come out yesterday for a bid to relocate a thermostat. That's it. Just remove it from the wall and put it on a different wall. For those that don't know, that entails unscrewing 4 screws from the thermostat terminals, and unscrewing 2 screws from the thermostat to remove it from the wall. Then, go in my attic run a new thermostat wire to a different wall (drill one hole through the top plate of the 2x4 and drop the wire down the hole and mount the thermostat). I'd be fine doing this myself but I work a lot and thought I'd take the luxury of having someone else do the work. For that small amount of work that I just detailed above, the worker quoted over 9 HUNDRED DOLLARS and said it would take 2 guys between 3 and 4 hours each. You have got to be kidding me. It would take me no more than 45 mins to do this job myself. And yet a skilled professional wants to quote 2 guys on the job and over 9 HUNDRED dollars. Give me a break. Talk about price gouging! I am speechless. Absolutely CRAZY pricing.

Gregory was such a huge help to us when our A/C went out on the hottest day of the year! He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in his diagnosis of our unit and had it fixed in short time and made an extra effort to make sure everything was functional and running to optimal potential before leaving. I highly recommend both Vogel and Gregory for any HVAC needs!

Scott arrived on time, presented himself well, 30-years of experience WOW, local person to us, explained precisely what he was going to do, and got it done in a most professional manner. I didn't hover over Scott as he worked, but I did remain close in case he needed any help and I'm so happy I did. Scott was able to explain some of what he was doing and he voiced some concerns that had risen from his inspection. He stated there was some suspicious water formed in a spot that it was not supposed to be. So, he's going to check any automatic response through Carrier's auto information system and make sure there isn't a damaging problem rising. I consider his review of the system and attention to detail SUPERB. Anyone will be well served to ask for Scott. For Vogel Heating & Cooling benefit - upon his retirement, they should retain him several weeks of the year to teach the rookies they hire to do a professional job, communicate what they are doing to those interested, and provide any follow-up system inspections to ensure all systems are working as near perfect as possible. He truly surpasses all technicians in this field of work that I have observed. Vogel is a superb company as well and if one has to talk with Dispatch and Customer Service Departments, all involved want to get the best possible results for their customer base.

I cannot get over how wonderful this company is! I have worked with several members of their team and they are all extremely helpful. They always call to remind me it’s time for a check. Joe Stone came out today and took his time to really make sure everything with my unit was functioning as it should. He took the time to explain various things as he went and was a pleasure to work with. Also, The premium membership is sooooo worth it!
